Roselyne and Jean-François Lidon use elbow grease for their farm. 60 hectares of sunflowers and rapeseed are transformed into this precious golden nectar: oil. 14,000 liters are bottled each year. It is extracted by first cold pressing, the traditional method that allows to preserve the essential nutrients. Visit the farm to understand how it is made, store in the boutique and discover other products of the house: sardines in oil, lentils and chickpeas.
