At Ferme Lidon, the sun is pressed to the letter. On 77 ha of sunflowers and rapeseed, Roselyne and Jean-François have long given elbow grease to extract this golden nectar. Thomas and Stéphane have taken over, perpetuating the art of first cold pressing. The result: 14,000 liters of an oil with an unmistakable taste, like a seed bursting in your mouth.
