La Manuf is the story of a group of friends, their craft beer tasting club, and a dream: to create their own brewery. Their recipes are the fruit of a collective effervescence, while remaining true to their identity: beers with a strong hoppy character. At La Manuf, we like to innovate, and these activists of good foam have launched Le Labo. Every month, 3 new barrique brews make their debut, limited editions with surprising flavors. Funny name for a wine estate! In the ^19th century, the people of the village used to cook their meals in the ovens dug in the tufa rock on the property. Today, it is Michaël Baudon who manages the family business. On his 28 hectares of vines, he cultivates 12 grape varieties: Gamay, Chenin, Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet franc, Sauvignon, Viognier... and Floreal. Did you know that the Montmorillon brewery dates back to 1843? It was located in Saulgé and its beer was the best-selling beer in Free France during the German occupation before closing in the 1960s. In 2015, it was the entrepreneur François Guillon who decided to give the Montmorillonnais their beer back by brewing on site. He has not managed to get his hands on the original recipe, but he hopes to give it back its letters of nobility. From now on, the brewery produces artisanal and organic beer, as well as lemonade and cola.

The place is very popular! Passionate about oenology, Bruno Berruet is above all an epicurean. When he created Pictavino, he wanted to create a friendly establishment, a landmark for gourmets, lovers of good wines and friends. And he succeeded! Both cellar and restaurant, Picatavino offers tasting on the spot and to take away. 500 references of wines are present, half of them in organic or sustainable culture, wines of friends, greedy wines to please oneself and to drink in good company. This is where three funny pirates have decided to stop and brew beers with evocative names: Diabolito, Jolly Roger, Bourre-pif... These guys are not kidding when it comes to selecting the ingredients and they have a lot of imagination to create original recipes. To fully appreciate the flavor of these beers, you must meet the crew and visit the brewery. So, let's get to it!

Ampelidae is one of the largest producers of organic wines in the Loire Valley. The vineyards stretch across the Poitevin hills around Marigny-Brizay. The quality of these contemporary beverages is proof that the combination of organic farming, science and new technologies is possible... and works wonders. Discover PN 1328, K, S (for Sauvignon), Fié gris (the local specialty) or Blanc d'hiver. Visit Château des Roches, in Marigny-Brizay, for a visit to the boutique and a tour of the winery with wine tasting.

On a 25-hectare vineyard that borders the Saint-Hilaire golf course and Fontevrault Abbey, encroaching on the communes of Epieds and Montsoreau, this terroir of clay-limestone soil on tuffeau chalk produces succulent AOC Saumur wines (Saumur Champigny, Saumur red and white, Cabernet de Saumur, Coteaux de Saumur and Crémant de Loire) matured by Pascal Barillot. In a former mushroom farm, a large troglodytic room welcomes receptions, weddings and other groups for tastings (in moderation!).

La Source Bleue Cave is a wine cellar. It offers a meticulous selection of wines, beers and spirits, as well as a showcase of fine cheeses and a selection of teas and coffees. Products can be tasted on site or taken away. Tasting evenings are also organized on a regular basis. For businesses, Source Bleue Cave offers on-site dining, takeaway and delivery services.

In this living wine cellar located in Saint-Georges-lès-Baillargeaux, Cisou and François select divine beverages. With conviction and love of the product, they will talk to you about small independent winemakers, their natural, organic and biodynamic wines. A real bias available at all prices. The wine merchants also stand out for their fine cellar of spirits (about a hundred references of rum and whisky), and their choice of local craft beers. At the beginning of the evening, there are afterworks, the opportunity to drink divine canons and a few beers of Saint-Georges on draught! You can also find them at the TAP bar in Poitiers on show nights.

"It is to drink that we need", but beware, not just any wine, Renée unearths nuggets with passion. As a certified sommelier, she likes to showcase organic, natural and biodynamic wines from small winemakers in France and abroad in her small cellar. Each bottle is selected with great care and Renée loves to share her knowledge. Wine cellar AND dining cellar, Rocinante will treat you to tapas, local charcuterie and cheeses as well as small home-made dishes. Let's saddle up for some good tasting!

Oenologist at the Haut-Poitou winery for 15 years, Isabelle Bureau decided to live her passion to the full and became a winegrower. Although her six hectares of vines are located in Beaumont and Marigny-Brizay, her winery is in Ouzilly, in her barn. Her small vineyard allows her to pamper her grapes, bringing out the aromas that best reflect the terroir. Thanks to the many grape varieties grown on her plots, she produces both AOC Haut-Poitou and IGP Val de Loire wines, such as her elegant Sauvignon gris.

For four generations, the Bourdier family has been producing wine in the Haut-Poitou PDO and Val de Loire PGI. Independent winegrowers, they work as small craftsmen to offer a wine in their image, working in a reasoned manner. On their 33 hectares of vines, they produce three ranges of wine: the authentic, matured in stainless steel vats; the special vintages with the names of precious stones matured in barrels; and the traditional methods. Surrounded by the vines, you will enjoy a tasting or even, by reservation, a visit and a meal on site.

Brasserie de Bellefois, a historic brewery in the Vienne region, continues to tantalize the taste buds. Ideally located, its Brew Pub, a bar beautifully decorated in wood and metal, is the perfect place to enjoy tapas or a plank, a dish from the nearby foodtruck, watch a match broadcast or a concert and, of course, enjoy a Neuville beer. Bellefois is constantly expanding its range of seasonal beers, IPAs and organic beers, all of which can be found in the boutique. For the curious, tours of the brewery are available by appointment for groups of 10 or more.

It's a jewel of our heritage, a testament to medieval architecture (^12th and ^13th centuries).

Listed as a historic monument and winner of the Heritage Lottery, the fortress stands amidst the vines. Owned by Sandra and Gilles Colinet, it is currently being restored in an eco-responsible manner. The 13-hectare vineyard is farmed organically. Its exceptional tuffeau terroir enables it to produce wines of ageing potential and character, which are expressed under the Saumur and Saumur Puy-notre-dame appellations.

Winemaker for six generations, Damien Robert perpetuates the family tradition and takes care of the Domaine du Grand Clos. After his studies, in 2003, he took over the family estate from his father. Sabrina, his wife, joined him in 2007. The estate is located in the Saumur PDO. Labeled High Environmental Value, the vines cover 30 hectares with a majority of Cabernet Franc and Chenin. The domain benefits from troglodytic cellars covering nearly 5,000 m², an ideal place for storage and preservation.

Pierre Morgeau and his sister Cécile - the^5th generation of winegrowers at the head of the estate - and their teams continue to shape a fine, fruity, terroir-driven wine. They are constantly striving to promote the quality of the Haut-Poitou appellation, while preserving their High Environmental Value certified land.
