The Boinaud family has been working cognac since 1640 or 24 generations succeeding, learning, sometimes innovating in the field of vines, assemblages or bottling. In 2006, the family bought les De Luze and returned the brand to Grande Champagne, where it was wanted in 1862. Great connoisseurs of the different cognac of the region, their history and different wines, family members offer refined production that is especially taste of the palaces coming from abroad.

At Château de Bonbonnet, surrounded by a team of enthusiasts, Alexandre Ferrand has brought together creativity, quality expertise and local flavors to sublimate Gin in the land of Cognac.

After more than a quarter-century of expertise, from April 2024 the establishment will offer an immersion into the unique Citadelle Gin production process. From the subtle marriage of juniper berries and aromatic herbs to the tasting, the senses are awakened as we delve into the secrets of gin production in the impressive cathedral distillery.

Jean-Yves and Anne Chaignaud keep the secret of the recipe for their liqueur and raspberry liqueur, which has been spreading for generations. Many times rewarded with medals, you can enjoy the liqueur in the form of a checkerboard, but also why not stick to your vanilla ice. Located on the Osme River in Aigre, Charente, Maison Gautier is one of the oldest cognac houses in the world. It benefits from the river's unique humid environment, which gives its cognacs an exceptional aromatic richness. Maison Gautier offers a wide collection of cognacs, as well as cocktails, available in the boutique. Visitors can also take a behind-the-scenes look at how cognacs have been created for over 250 years.

50 to 100 crates of Pinot Noir have been produced since 2005. Entirely manual production is based on the traditional culture and modern vinification (100%): 16 to 18 month rearing and bottling without gluing or filtration.

Patrick Drouet stares his vineyard spans with eyes filled with passion and love. This vineyard, he knows it by heart. He has been born here, like his ancestors since the purchase of the estate in the th century, and perpetuates this tradition of wine growers with expertise, which often gives him great rewards.
