Its owners get their supplies directly from local hunters to prepare beautiful pieces of fresh meat and to elaborate delicious specialties in their workshop. In particular the famous homemade puff pastry which was elected "Best pâté en croûte d'Alsace" at the European Fair in Strasbourg!
