LA TABLE DES GOURMETS
Read moreLa Table des Gourmets is first and foremost a family affair, that of the Rouyé family, expatriates from France who put their talent and good taste at the service of our taste buds. Here, Quebec products are in the spotlight, in a cuisine that combines French gastronomy, market products and local produce. Halibut from the Gaspé Peninsula, scallops from the Islands, lobster from Quebec, bison from the Grand Duc Farm and wild mushrooms are all on the menu, finely prepared by the chef and his brigade. The homemade desserts are also a must. A little extra for the service!
LA PETITE CACHÉE
Read moreOne of our favorite gourmet addresses! La Petite Cachée boasts a mountain chalet look that perfectly complements Mont-Tremblant's natural surroundings. Inspired by French cuisine with a Québécois twist, it has been showcasing Laurentian producers and local terroir for over 25 years. Everything is prepared with precision on a menu that changes with the seasons and new arrivals. Bonus: the restaurant has a very respectable wine cellar, including natural wines and Quebec vintages.
LÉMARETTES
Read moreThis restaurant is definitely the trendiest gourmet address in the Upper Laurentians. On the plate, local flavours are the mainstay of the establishment, with dishes inspired by Old World bistros. Lémarettes has also built its reputation on cocktails, including a dozen "Découvertes" such as the camerise mojito. The spirits menu also includes a vast selection of craft beers and wines from certified organic and/or biodynamic estates. Grocery and wine store on site.
