A relatively new address on Tremblant's culinary scene, this is a very pleasant gourmet experience, and one worthy of the trattorias of Italy. The fresh homemade pastas and wood-fired pizzas are pure delight, as is the fine selection of antipasti to whet your appetite. There's also an excellent wine list, and the staff know a thing or two about wine to advise you. Mention should also be made of the restaurant's design, which uses raw materials to give it an industrial-chic look. We'll definitely be back!

Offering a typically Canadian rustic atmosphere, this family-run sugar shack has been delighting young and old alike since 1955, all in an enchanting Pays d'en Haut setting. On the menu, a comforting and inventive cuisine based on regional Quebec products, notably game, wild meats and fish. The menu is complemented by a fine selection of wines, the majority of which are privately imported, as well as products from biodynamic viticulture.

A festive après-ski venue, The Shack can seat over 200 people. It offers American family cuisine with a wide range of starters (including onion soup au gratin, a winter treat), burgers and sandwiches of all kinds, lunch salads, mac & cheese, fish & chips, grills and smokehouse dishes, all in a rustic setting. In summer, you'll enjoy a privileged view of the concerts on Place St-Bernard from the terrace, while in winter, you'll spend your après-ski around the outdoor fireplace.

La Table des Gourmets is first and foremost a family affair, that of the Rouyé family, expatriates from France who put their talent and good taste at the service of our taste buds. Here, Quebec products are in the spotlight, in a cuisine that combines French gastronomy, market products and local produce. Halibut from the Gaspé Peninsula, scallops from the Islands, lobster from Quebec, bison from the Grand Duc Farm and wild mushrooms are all on the menu, finely prepared by the chef and his brigade. The homemade desserts are also a must. A little extra for the service!

An ideal place for those who do not claim to be carnivores, this cabin is an eco-vegan alternative to the traditional sugar shack, in addition to being installed in an ecological house that welcomes only 35 guests. Among other things, we offer vegan greaves, marinated beets, millet and vegetable tourtière, vegetable egg temp'oeufs (homemade tempeh in omelette style), "pas de lard" beans or buckwheat and spelt pancakes with fruit compote. Due to the privacy of the premises, a reservation is required.

This was the home of wine collector Champlain Charest's renowned Bistro à Champlain restaurant. Now under the stewardship of sommelier Sophie Allaire and chef Étienne Demers, the place has retained its bon vivant spirit, as well as the lovely decor of the former restaurant. On the plate, the focus is on Quebec, with gourmet market cuisine that varies with the seasons and new arrivals. Of course, the well-stocked wine cellar perfectly complements the dishes, from appetizer to dessert. We highly recommend it!

One of our favorite gourmet addresses! La Petite Cachée boasts a mountain chalet look that perfectly complements Mont-Tremblant's natural surroundings. Inspired by French cuisine with a Québécois twist, it has been showcasing Laurentian producers and local terroir for over 25 years. Everything is prepared with precision on a menu that changes with the seasons and new arrivals. Bonus: the restaurant has a very respectable wine cellar, including natural wines and Quebec vintages.

Located at the foot of the ski slopes, this restaurant offers a resolutely trendy atmosphere. The grill on the ^2nd floor, with an open-plan kitchen, offers grills on a maple wood fire with a fine selection of scotches, cognacs and brandy, and a rich wine list. The bistro-bar, located on the ^1st floor, offers a simpler menu, live music groups and entertainment in season. Large terrace with a view of the Place Saint-Bernard.

Located in the heart of the old village of Saint-Sauveur, this magnificent ancestral house welcomes you in a warm setting that smells of Brittany. On the menu, a huge selection of wheat or buckwheat pancakes, the house's great specialty, topped with sweet or savoury ingredients as well as squeegees, cheese fondues or Chinese...
