The story of Quercy des îles begins at the beginning of the 21st century on the heights of the town of Moissac. Edouard Bourreau discovered the golden pearl, the famous fruit of the Quercy region: the Chasselas of Moissac and gave birth to Quercy des îles. Its components give it a unique and refined taste.
