Béatrice and Jean-Pierre Pointu raise and force-feed geese and ducks, produce their own foie gras, cook their own preserves, raise and feed blond Aquitaine cows and their calves, grow garlic and cereals. They also have a sense of hospitality and it is with a smile that they welcome those who wish to visit this farm, on these hills with vast spaces.
