Béatrice and Jean-Pierre Pointu raise and force-feed geese and ducks, produce their own foie gras, cook their own preserves, raise and feed blond Aquitaine cows and their calves, grow garlic and cereals. They also have a sense of hospitality and it is with a smile that they welcome those who wish to visit this farm, on these hills with vast spaces. The EEC approved cannery also delivers recipes, such as veal croquettes, guaranteed. Here the slogan is "from the fork to the fork".
