Well-known to gourmets in the South-West, Philippe and Isabelle Martegoute's foies gras are a reference of quality. The ducks are force-fed on site and processed immediately, ensuring freshness and quality of the products. The shop has a fresh section for duck breasts, fresh foie gras, aiguillettes... Like any good grocery store that respects itself, other local products find their place on the shelves with Cahors wine, Rocamadour walnut cake, chestnut jam... Advice, quality and an excellent welcome.

La ferme des campagnes has been offering its expertise since 1972. Explanation of duck breeding, tour of the canning facility, presentation of product preparation (foie gras, confits...) and opportunity to buy all products on the spot after tasting them. A family-run, artisanal production operation, this farm sells all its produce fresh or preserved, with no intermediaries. You'll also find walnut oil made from the farm's own walnuts, and the Amadour wine that the Salgues family produces with other winemakers.

Not far from the famous Padirac chasm, Daniel, Isabelle and Guillaume Lavergne raise fattened ducks. It's a family affair as the Lavergne family has been force-feeding ducks for three generations. They also raise farm poultry. On the farm, they organize cooking courses to introduce you to the cooking of fattened duck. The three-day course also includes accommodation in a guest room 800 m from the farm, catering using mainly farm products and preserves made during the course.

La Quercynoise, a group of producers since 1975, settled for more than 40 years in the Lot, has its store in Gramat. In the respect of the tradition, it offers you duck foie gras from the South-West, duck confit, gift boxes and other gastronomic specialities. The ducks are certified IGP Sud-Ouest, which guarantees a manufacture in the rules of art. The store in Gramat is permanent, and a seasonal store is present in Rocamadour from April to November. La Quercynoise also offers its products for sale on the internet.

The Quercynoise, an agricultural cooperative that brings together some 200 producers in the region and which has won several awards at the Concours général agricole, demonstrates its know-how year after year. The duck in all its states is available in Rocamadour's shop or online, in gift boxes or simple tins. As for sweets, the establishment offers local products worked with delicacy: honey, nuts, jam and chocolate. Saffron is not to be outdone and shapes a complete range of seductive products.

Four friendly farmers are grouped together to perpetuate the know-how inherited from their parents and grandparents in duck force-feeding and product manufacturing. The force-feeding is done exclusively with corn, the products manufactured are completely natural. You can find their products in their mayor's shop in Limogne-en-Quercy but also in 2 other shops in Cajarc and Villefranche-de-Rouergue. A gourmet selection of local products prepared in the purest tradition that will delight your taste buds.

For more than 30 years, this typical farm made of wood and stone has been producing goose and duck foie gras, with a strong focus on traceability. You can visit the farm and discover the animals, the hatcheries, the force-feeding of the geese and the cutting and manufacturing workshop. The visit will end with a free tasting of the products served with a sweet white wine. All the farm products are for sale on the spot, on the surrounding markets and on the website. Traditional farm products, tasty, festive or simply greedy.

La Ferme de Grezelade invites you to a free visit of the functioning and production of the duck foie gras preserves (cooked and confit dishes) by appointment. On the programme: demonstration of herd dogs, demonstration of old-fashioned force-feeding, cutting and culinary explanation of the foie gras duck and, finally, you will be able to taste this local production free of charge. Duck foie gras and ready-made dishes (cassoulet, rillettes, sausage with duck breast...) will delight you. An artisanal and greedy production as you wish.

Right in the centre of Cajarc, the shop specialises in products from duck farming: foie gras, rillettes, confit etc. The history of fine gourmets began more than 20 years ago. Originally, 4 Lotois farmers who were passionate about their trade decided to join forces to control the entire production chain. From breeding to sales and product processing, everything is under the control of these professionals. Made in Lot works well and promises quality and respect for the product. Matured in the heart of the Quercy Blanc countryside in the Lot department, Patrick Duler hams (voted "Best Ham in the World" in Barcelona) are renowned for their incomparable taste and quality, the result of unique know-how. Maison Duler is also a foie gras artisan and truffle breeder. You can find their exceptional products in their online store or directly at the estate.

In the heart of Cahors, the shop offers you a wide choice of gastronomic specialities: traditional and creative whole foie gras, black truffles from Périgord, fine pâtés, duck confits, ready-made dishes, mushrooms and accompaniments, sweets, aperitifs and wines from the South West and a wide choice of gastronomic boxes. A reference in traditional South-West canning, the quality of the recipes is always there. Whether you are visiting or passing through Cahors, Maison Valette reserves a gourmet tasting for you.

The store in Payrac offers products from the farm at 10 m. Moreover, it is visited every weekday evening in summer, with tastings. Freshness and quality of products guaranteed! The fresh produce section is an important part of the store and the summer barbecue is just waiting for the duck sausages: you can't get more local. A restaurant opened in May 2022, called Le Séchoir because it is located in a former tobacco drying shed, right next to the store.

Located in the Regional Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy, the Ferme-Auberge d'Esparnol is home to a Gascony black pig farm. Run by Angélique and her team, it offers typical local products in the store as well as in the restaurant, which is only open in the evening: treat yourself to foie gras, duck breasts and legs, duck breast... Angélique has at heart to respect the traditions with natural recipes. The visit of the farm allows you to discover the know-how and to appreciate an authentic place.
