La ferme des campagnes has been offering its expertise since 1972. Explanation of duck breeding, tour of the canning facility, presentation of product preparation (foie gras, confits...) and opportunity to buy all products on the spot after tasting them. A family-run, artisanal production operation, this farm sells all its produce fresh or preserved, with no intermediaries. You'll also find walnut oil made from the farm's own walnuts, and the Amadour wine that the Salgues family produces with other winemakers.

Not far from the famous Padirac chasm, Daniel, Isabelle and Guillaume Lavergne raise fattened ducks. It's a family affair as the Lavergne family has been force-feeding ducks for three generations. They also raise farm poultry. On the farm, they organize cooking courses to introduce you to the cooking of fattened duck. The three-day course also includes accommodation in a guest room 800 m from the farm, catering using mainly farm products and preserves made during the course.

La Quercynoise, a group of producers since 1975, settled for more than 40 years in the Lot, has its store in Gramat. In the respect of the tradition, it offers you duck foie gras from the South-West, duck confit, gift boxes and other gastronomic specialities. The ducks are certified IGP Sud-Ouest, which guarantees a manufacture in the rules of art. The store in Gramat is permanent, and a seasonal store is present in Rocamadour from April to November.
