From the parking lot of the ramparts of Capdenac-le-Haut, the itinerary leads you to the Gaulish fountain and the fountain of Caesar, two masterpieces of the historical heritage of the town. You are here on the site of the battle of Uxellodunum, the last battle of the Gallic War, in 51 BC.

As soon as the summer season resumes, Antinéa's water base resumes from service. With its long list of activities and its location on the edge of the Lot and in full nature, the place is paradise. Choose from a boat ride (without a permit), kayaking unless you prefer to ride on water. Children are not forgotten and can enjoy their own attraction with small electric bumper boats in a secure basin. It is also possible to rent bikes or simply enjoy the surroundings and tranquillity with a fishing part. All you have to do is decide.

Copeyre canoe is a 120 km descent on the Dordogne: from Argentat to Beynac, you'll navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. On the initiation circuit, the Baby Karts are aimed at 3/6 year olds, on the big circuit, 7/11 year olds benefit from sessions between children. Then from the age of 12, as a leisure activity, everyone can enjoy 10-minute sessions by taking a seat on board the latest generation of racing cars.

The Canalous have a base for renting boats without a licence on the downstream Lot, at Luzech. For a weekend, a few days or a week, set off to conquer the river Lot as if you owned a boat. In the heart of the Haut Ségala lotois, the lake of Tolerme is located between the foothills of the Massif Central and the Ségala. With its 38 hectares, it is the largest artificial lake in the department. Created in 1990 thanks to two dams, it is today a real paradise for the fauna and flora as well as for fishing, walking or lazing around. A beach has been developed and swimming is supervised in summer. The walkers appreciate the paths and a fitness trail. Picnic area and water sports.

Seven hiking trails have been created, including the Art Nature trail. In the centre of Latouille-Lentillac, to the left of the church, a small path climbs up to the locality of Larraufie where the walk starts. The Art Nature path is a real museum in the woods, combined with a botanical path. Throughout a walk of more than a kilometre, you will discover about sixty surprising, tender, magical works of art... A poetic and enchanting walk. To see and to see again, alone, with your partner or with your family, it is always a great pleasure and it is... free of charge.

What are these "phosphatières"? They are, in fact, old mines whose exploitation during the ^19th century led to the unsuspected discovery of fossils over 30 million years old! Accompanied by a guide, you gradually make your way into the heart of this open-air cave, where the tropical atmosphere is truly exotic! Then venture off on your own into the various themed areas, before finishing off with a moment of relaxation in the picnic area set aside for the occasion.

Easy to access, ideal even for families, it offers you in spite of all beautiful paths and a good stony descent to St. Lawrence Creek: caution! At the pace of your pedals, you discover the rich historical heritage of the surrounding municipalities and hamlets. In particular, you go to Saillagol, two-thirds of the course; if you are tired, make a short stop: you may find some dogs or cats happy to get caresser!

Cape Nature is a recreational park that combines several sports activities: acrobatic course in the trees, orientation race, paintball and canoeing. You can hire a single-day boat or tandem boat to get off the Lot, which surrounds the park. The calm waters will allow beginners to start and admire the village of Pradines from the river. The return journey can be made by shuttle bus or by renting electric bikes at the Caïx base and returning to your starting point via the Voie Verte: the 2 bases are linked so that you can benefit from the best sporting and nautical plans. The L'Etrier riding school welcomes you at the gates of Cahors in an ideal location, with horses and ponies, supervised by qualified instructors. Initiation and improvement, rides by the hour or by the day, accompanied rides, information on the spot. A river trip? Rent a boat for 2 to 12 people. From the rental base in Douelle, sail west towards Luzech, the last Gallic village that resisted Julius Caesar. Towards the east, you can moor your boat without a licence at the foot of the Château de Mercuès, the historic town of Cahors or the village of Larnagol before returning to the base by crossing the cliffs of Bouzies and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.
