TWINSWHEEL
Benjamin and Vincent Talon, two engineer brothers who have one foot in Lyon and the other in Cahors - Benjamin is the president of the Soben - invented TwinswHeel: a small logistics robot, inspired by the droids of the Star Wars saga. This funny automaton, mounted on two large wheels and equipped with a large trunk, develops many features. It can climb a 25-centimetre step, accelerate and, above all, carry loads, to relieve the handling work associated with certain trades and ensure deliveries. TwinswHeel, which has already attracted large companies - its first models have been delivered to SNCF, Renault, Nissan and Siemen - can only move inside private and enclosed spaces - such as warehouses or industrial sites - since France prohibits the circulation of autonomous vehicles on public roads.
