Today, the address, still in the hands of his family, is an institution in this village which is among the most beautiful in France. The medieval atmosphere is a major factor. We like to stop in this old sheepfold where the old stones and vaults give it a crazy charm. The salty pancakes are hearty and the sweet ones delicious.
