Small restaurant located on the market place offering in the evening a tapas formula with wine bar and small plates
In the spring of 2022, Emilie and Edouard opened this small restaurant on the market square, full of atmosphere and flavor. Called Touosto, the "tartine" in Occitan, it proposes a plate centered around the product where the vegetable is not an accessory, but central. At lunchtime, a single daily menu: cream of lentils with peas and baby greens, filet mignon with spelt and roasted carrots, and as a dessert, caramelized hazelnut crackers. In the evening, a tapas wine bar formula with small plates, five savory and two sweet.

5 ???? , je trouve que c'est encore trop peu, par rapport à tout le plaisir que ce petit grand restaurant nous donne.
En y allant, (je n'y suis pas allée qu'une seule fois, vous imaginez bien...) on vous met des ???? pleins les yeux. L'équipe est bienveillante, c'est beau et c'est bon. Et quand les 3 B sont réunis, on flirte avec L'excellence. Je m'arrête sur ce dernier mot. L'excellence
