This multi-activity leisure centre - created by the team of viaduct boatmen - is located at the entrance to Millau. It offers canoeing down the Tarn. For sport lovers, we also offer a via ferrata in the Tarn gorges, stand up paddle on a stretch of water or in the river, but also rental equipment to venture on the via ferrata courses. Everything you could dream of doing in the area to discover the riches of this wild nature, with a team attentive to the needs and difficulties of each person.

Equipment hire, à la carte activities, holiday packages... A team of sports professionals has tested and perfected an impressive range of activities between rock and canyon. In the water, these qualified instructors train their students in canoeing, rafting, canyoning... Above or below ground, the teams indulge in the joys of climbing, caving, via ferrata, electric mountain biking or paintball, just to let off some steam. If you're a thrill-seeker, you can also opt for bungee jumping.

The Ifers estate occupies a large deciduous forest and hides some beautiful mushrooms, as well as a track where you can try your hand at driving crawlers - mini cars equipped with electric motors and radio controls. The Ifers also offer canoe trips departing from Saint-Geniez. You can sleep in one of the cabins perched 6 m above ground in the forest. On the Aveyron and the Viaur, qualified instructors supervise the practice of various water sports: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, paddle and even mountain biking and electrically assisted bicycles, to be practiced along the rivers and on the surrounding slopes. They rent out or supervise groups and individuals in introductory or advanced sessions. The most enthusiastic can be tempted by excursions or multi-activity courses in the area.

Millau being the paradise of free flight, there is no reason to deprive yourself of it! You can practice safely with the team of the structure which has the necessary equipment and skills. In this school affiliated to the French Federation of Free Flight, you can have fun with the wind and the air. Discovery flight in paragliding, initiation in hang-gliding - after flight simulation -, and improvement, that's the main offer. The Departmental Orienteering Committee has set up several circuits in the vicinity of the Peyrebrune tower, designed as an introduction to orienteering.
