The Niderviller goat farm has a herd of 120 goats. Stand at the Lutzelbourg market on Saturday mornings and at the Niderviller market every other Friday afternoon.

La Fromagerie des prés is certified organic, and works with raw milk with mastery. Tommes made from raw milk, creamy yoghurts, fresh cheeses with herbs, spices, pepper, and soft cheeses are all produced locally at the Kapellenhof farm in Hottviller. We thank the beautiful cows well pampered by Léa who then transforms their good milk into melting and delicious products!
