Start your discovery with the frizzant d'été, a surprising and original wine, and you will understand that this winegrower works with audacity and know-how. This young and friendly producer, whose vines are more than a century old, runs an estate of 8.5 hectares spread over Ancy-sur-Moselle, Dornot and Novéant. Don't hesitate to come and visit or to taste the wines. In any case, all the wines offered are fresh and surprising!

It's hard to pass by their logo without wondering... Why a skull and crossbones? And why not, right? Here is the main brand at the origin of this brewery from Metz. Its author? Quentin Decornet. The place is inspired by the English microbreweries, which combine a brewing room, a cellar, a storage room, as well as a reception area reserved for customers and tasting. The "original" Bon Poison is a malty lager and the classic beer is available in a variety of styles. Craft beers from Metz, to be enjoyed with (?) moderation!

In the heart of the "Les Terrasses" area, this epicurean cellar offers a selection of owner-grower wines (500 references), cheeses from La Cloche à Fromage, charcuterie from Corsica and the Basque country, spirits, beers and delicatessen products - everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal! At lunchtime, you can enjoy traditional local cuisine on the premises. The house also offers workshops on rum, wine and cheese pairings, whisky and food, and more. All you have to do is put together your own platter!

This artisan distillery produces eau-de-vie, liqueurs, jams and even whisky, among the latest range of products developed. A guided tour reveals the still distillation process. The boutique offers original containers (cut, blown, engraved) and handcrafted products. The golden fruit of Lorraine, the mirabelle plum, available as eau-de-vie and liqueur, is the star product among some thirty fruit, plant and spice liqueurs. Dare to try gewurztraminer marc liqueur, dark rum, vodka 57 or gin 57.

Nicolas Schott's skillful alchemy is at work in the village of Harreberg. His bottles of liqueurs, aged rums and whiskies can be found at the Comptoir des saveurs in Sarrebourg. Initiated by his grandfather Joseph to the mysteries of distillation in the small family workshop, Nicolas Schott founded his house in 2012. He selects ripe fruit from the orchards of local growers, which he processes with slow fermentation and wood-fired distillation.

In 2019, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay celebrated 20 years of rebirth of Château de Vaux. Twenty years of work that have enabled them to transform the estate to produce wines that are increasingly noticed. Convinced of the quality of the terroir and driven by their convictions, the winegrowers have never ceased to move forward in order to develop their estate: they have planted new vines, worked to promote Moselle wine and happily taken the turn to biodynamic and organic farming.

Situated on the slopes of Vic-sur-Fit, the Dietrich-Girardot domain covers 5 hectares and produces on average 33 000 bottles annually. The vineyards of the area are exposed to the south, on the slopes, on a clay-clay ground: the clusters therefore enjoy a beautiful sunshine. White (auxerre, muller-thurgau, Pinot blanc and pinot gris) and red (Pinot noir and gamay) are made in the purest tradition of Vic-sur-Fit. Semi-sparkling such as the Pearl of White White Bishops and Brute Crude Vicoise are also proposed in this exploitation and will happily replace the traditional champagne. Several vintages in the field have won a few medals in the contest of Lorraine wines. Since 2010, the domain has been certified as AOC. It is highly recommended to call before every visit, history of not finding closed door.

The Domaine des Béliers, a must in the wine world: since 1982, this family business created by Michel and Robert Maurice is located on the heights of the rocks of La Fraze. Ève Maurice, oenologist and agronomist, is one of the emblematic figures of the house. You will be offered a guided tour and a tasting of her Auxerrois, Pinot gris and noir, Müller-Thurgau or Gamay wines on site. Gold medal winners, the wines of this domain are served on many great tables in Moselle and elsewhere. The sparkling rosé is to be discovered.

The wine merchant Rémi Veler, a fine connoisseur, offers mainly French wines, all presented in a neat decor. From small producers to top-of-the-range brands, the house has a preference for organic production and offers good value for money bottles. On the spirits side, originality prevails with a hundred rums and many whiskies. Packed baskets and boxes made up of good products will be an opportunity to please your loved ones. The Domaine des Hattes covers 1.5 hectares and offers 5 grape varieties. The vineyard benefits from conditions that favour a microclimate conducive to the development of the vines. The passionate L'Huillier family is happy to welcome local wine lovers. They will show you around the estate and tell you the history of this vineyard which is full of anecdotes. Their motto: "produce a quality wine rather than a large quantity of bottles". Depending on the grape variety, the wines will accompany aperitifs, fish, meat, desserts... So, can't wait to try it?

You, the beer lovers, should know that this beer cellar is your place of perdition. It's not a matter of drinking your beer (a Belgian expression that means drinking in one gulp) but of enjoying sips to discover the flavors that come out of it! And with more than 270 references, there is plenty to choose from! Many nuggets from all over the world, with their specificities and of all colors. Let us advise you, the team is professional and very friendly. Les Moussequetaires can also be found on avenue de Nancy, in the Nouvelle Ville district.

There isn't anymore need to present you Vins sur 20 because it is a so reputatable house... Nevertheless, it is judicious to specify the characteristic of the branch of Saint-Avold. If this one has a good hundred spirits (armagnacs, cognacs) with important exposure, teh rum in this history, in on the first place! This last is not weakly chosen, as you can notice when you will be on the spot. Geoffroy warmly accommodates you to present with passion his grand cru from the four continents. Among them, there are very rare bottles (only about fifty in the world) that can be sold at very huge prices!

Strengthened by their success but limited by the size of their cellar at Château de Vaux, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay have acquired this new building in Scy-Chazelles. Dating from the end of the ^19th century, it was used to house the army's cellars. Completely renovated, these 4,000^m2 house certain vintages in the barrel cellar. The cellar is used for tastings and other events related to these biodynamic and organic appellations.

The Brasserie Saint-Avold moves to Faulquemont and becomes the Brasserie Saint-Nabor. The ethic remains the same, as established by Jean-Aimé Rugiero: "Good, beautiful, good living together". Here, it's all handmade, homemade and made from the heart. The result: authentic beers, between tradition and discovery, elaborated with ancestral techniques and whose bottles are real tributes to the land. Come and try the Nacrée Weissbier, the amber beer with sage or the Saint-Naborbräu, the cuvée aged in oak barrels, for an inimitable taste.

This is one of Sarrebourg's finest gourmet addresses, with a tea and coffee room, a restaurant serving daily specials and burgers, and above all a well-stocked wine cellar, with wines and spirits including local ones such as whisky and brandies made from raspberry, pear, mirabelle plum, quetsche, quince, kirsch, apple and even gewurztraminer marc. There's also a choice of liqueurs with distinctive flavours: gingerbread, red fruit, woodruff. All from the Quintessence distillery in Harreberg. You'll even find a sake on the shelves.

These winegrowers from the Champagne region settled in the region 25 years ago, with their expertise. Today, Angélica runs the business, supported by her family. No less than 50,000 bottles are produced each year from their vats. Twice a year, they open their estate to the public for tastings. Their wines have been awarded several medals and are round, aromatic and organic. Don't miss to discover the different vintages, including the unavoidable Henri II, which puts some champagne in the shade, because the passion has been passed on from father to daughter.
