This is one of Sarrebourg's finest gourmet addresses, with a tea and coffee corner, a restaurant serving daily specials and burgers, and above all a well-stocked wine cellar, with wines and spirits including local ones such as whisky and brandies made from raspberry, pear, mirabelle plum, quetsche, quince, kirsch, apple and even gewurztraminer marc. There's also a choice of liqueurs with distinctive flavours: gingerbread, red fruit, woodruff. All from the Quintessence distillery in Harreberg. You'll even find a sake on the shelves.
