A family-run farm, this CHÈVRERIE produces a wide range of organic, 100% natural goat's milk cheeses, both soft and pressed. The range is extensive: goat's tomme, fromage frais, flavored cheese, bûche cendrée, pasteurized milk, yogurts... You can visit the farm to discover the operation and buy your cheese at source. La CHÈVRERIE DE NIDERVILLER has a herd of 120 goats. Stand at the Lutzelbourg market on Saturday mornings and at the Niderviller market every other Friday afternoon.
