This family-run farm produces a wide range of organic, 100% natural goat's milk cheeses, both soft and pressed. The range is extensive: goat's tomme, fromage frais, flavored cheese, bûche cendrée, pasteurized milk, yogurts... You can visit the farm to discover the operation and buy your cheese at source. The Niderviller goat farm has a herd of 120 goats. Stand at the Lutzelbourg market on Saturday mornings and at the Niderviller market every other Friday afternoon.

GAEC SAINT DESIRÉ

Local producer

In 2007, Mathieu took over the farm created in the 1970s by Désiré Walter and gave it his name to preserve its memory: GAEC Saint Désiré. Hervé joined him in 2008 to produce organic cow's milk, their core business. Shortly afterwards, they began rearing calves. The milk is fed to the farm's calves, and some of it is transformed into various dairy products for sale in the De Mes Terres store. The short circuit is the logical continuation of the commitment developed on the farm.
