This family-run cheese factory in the centre of the village of Triconville was created in 1930 by Etienne Donge. Today, it is his small children who took over. The building expanded but the passion and know-how remained intact. Brie de Meaux and Coulommiers, large spécialitées honoured by several medals, are always made according to traditional methods with manual moulding, dry salting and refining from 4 to 8 weeks… These quality products bear the labels Meuse and Marvels, and are available for sale on-site on the weekend.

Producer of foie gras, he will welcome you to his small farm where you will discover his working environment as well as his delicatessen and local specialities. Foie gras, head cheese, duck black pudding with foie gras, white puddings and other products... that you can buy at the farm or occasionally find on the Verdun market depending on the season.

Patrick Schoenecker, artisan chocolate creator. Welcome to a marvellous world, where original creations (choco-guims, for example), bars, more classic confectionery and other monumental all-chocolate pieces come together. At the back of the shop, the curious can take a look through the glass of the laboratory (at 67, quai de Londres). Perhaps they will have the chance to witness the conception of new sweets and taste them... The shop also sells refined teas as well as local spirits such as whisky from Lorraine.

President Raymond Poincaré was a great fan of croquets! Invented in 1854, they are made from flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla and almonds. As for the rochers (roasted Piedmont hazelnuts crushed and then baked before being mixed with melted milk chocolate), legend has it that they refer to the Dames de Meuse, the seven enormous rocks found on the road leading from Verdun to Saint-Mihiel.

Domaine de Montgrignon is a winery located in Vigneulles-lès-Hattonchâtel. They offer a wide range of wines, including Traditional and Flavored Methods, as well as certified organic IGP Côtes de Meuse wines. The estate also offers a delivery service.

30 kilometres from Verdun and near Billy-sous-les Côtes, Domaine de La Goulotte, a local wine producer from the Meuse, is open every day by appointment. The cellar can also be visited on request. On site, discover white, red, grey, white and white made using traditional methods, aged for one year in bottles on slats, and rosé. For your aperitifs and digestives, Mirabelle de Lorraine or Williams pear brandy, fruit cream and lirette will delight your palates, as well as those of your guests.

Installed since 2016, this brewery in Meuse is the one of Ghislain Balland who brews his craft beer on site. The range includes: lager, white, smoked amber and seasonal beers (Christmas beer for example). All of them have a name of their own: Abeille Charpentière, Moro Sphinx, Demoiselle, Feuille Morte du Chêne or Coccinoël. At the Palet d'Or, the palace never sleeps: this sign created in 1979 presents a multitude of delights. Since 2020, Marie Dufresse has succeeded André Cordel, after three years of baking on his own. Her gourmet specialities: the three chocolates and the mille-feuille. But the shop also offers a wide range of sweet delights: homemade chocolates, almond tiles, profiteroles, vacherins, creative tarts, shiny desserts, marshmallows... "Everything is good in the pig" and here we want to prove it. On the farm side, this is a farm that specializes in raising and processing pigs as well as growing cereals. Since 2011, the farm has expanded and is home to an average of 900 pigs and 100 pregnant sows. After being raised and fed with flour from the farm's cereal farm, a whole range of fresh and processed pork products are offered for sale in the shop: rillettes, pâtés, sausages, ready-made meals...

The outdoor market takes place on Tuesday mornings around the market esplanade and in the Notre-Dame district: vendors selling clothes, jewelry and small accessories of all kinds. Passionate about his profession, he will talk to you about blonde, not brunette but amber and raw hop beers.... For its production, it uses as much organic and local products as possible, and favours short circuits.

La clé des champs is an educational farm that puts the spotlight on berries, these tasty little vitamin concentrates on several hectares: currants, sloes, medlars, leeks, elderberries... Once harvested, the small fruits, flowers and plants are the main ingredients of delicious products. All year round, themed discovery visits are offered to families or groups about the farm and its environment or the making of jam with a walk in the orchards and a jar of precious sweet nectar as a gift.

Les Envies de Louise is a mix: a delicatessen filled with exceptional products from Lorraine, condiments, spirits, confectionery, honeys, café de Nancy, terrines and tea blends.
