Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. Its colours are delicious and its fine sparkling bubbles are very refreshing. It is made from the natural juice of the region's fruits and obtained by natural fermentation. Established in 2020 in Revigny, the Nettancourt cooperative brewery relies exclusively on the short circuit: it produces and distributes its own organic beer. On the menu, 5 beers: subtle white (tangy), delicate blonde (characterful), tasty amber (floral), surprising nettle (original), elegant brown (spicy). Collection (+ 1 lemonade) that you can find at local AMAPs and markets. The house organizes evening events where you can take part in gesticulated lectures and rent wooden games. Spirits are well represented in this cellar with a whisky but cognac selection also and rum. The big names are represented but you will also find a selection more pointed intended to the illuminated lovers or for curious who want to go off the beaten track. Obviously, the cellar also offers wines and champagnes for all occasions.

The old castle of Charmois has been entirely renovated by a family with a passion for old stones. The son, Alain Bonnefoy, established his microbrewery there more than a decade ago. He created his own beer, the Charmoy, which is considered the little sister of the Belgian Trappist beer of Orval. To be discovered: a lager, a fermented unfiltered amber beer with a long shelf life, as well as a March beer, in homage to the ancient processes that linked agriculture and brewing. They are made from raw wheat grains produced on the farm and malt.

Part microbrewery, part flour mill, part artisanal jam factory, Ferme de la Vallée invites you to discover some of its achievements in agro-ecology, eco-construction and renewable energy production. In this small boutique with stone walls, you will find the traditional grands crus, wines of the Côtes de Meuse, red, white and rosé, the famous beer of Orval and the Rarecourtoise, a sparkling beer made on the farm of the Rarecourt valley. Lorraine products such as mirabelles, jams and terrine are also waiting for you. The boss gives you a good welcome and knows how to advise you in your choice and your gift ideas.

Domaine de Montgrignon is a winery located in Vigneulles-lès-Hattonchâtel. They offer a wide range of wines, including Traditional and Flavored Methods, as well as certified organic IGP Côtes de Meuse wines. The estate also offers a delivery service.

30 kilometres from Verdun and near Billy-sous-les Côtes, Domaine de La Goulotte, a local wine producer from the Meuse, is open every day by appointment. The cellar can also be visited on request. On site, discover white, red, grey, white and white made using traditional methods, aged for one year in bottles on slats, and rosé. For your aperitifs and digestives, Mirabelle de Lorraine or Williams pear brandy, fruit cream and lirette will delight your palates, as well as those of your guests.

Installed since 2016, this brewery in Meuse is the one of Ghislain Balland who brews his craft beer on site. The range includes: lager, white, smoked amber and seasonal beers (Christmas beer for example). All of them have a name of their own: Abeille Charpentière, Moro Sphinx, Demoiselle, Feuille Morte du Chêne or Coccinoël. You will find them directly at the brewery or in various sales outlets: Ecurey Pôles d'Avenir in Ecurey and Montiers-sur-Saulx, Les Vins de Georges in Givrauval or Le Cellier des Gourmets.

Producer of homemade beers, Florian Ploner will introduce you to his workshop where he produces drinks that will delight your taste buds, if consumed in moderation, of course! Passionate about his profession, he will talk to you about blonde, not brunette but amber and raw hop beers.... For its production, it uses as much organic and local products as possible, and favours short circuits.
