Patrick Schoenecker, artisan chocolate creator. Welcome to a marvellous world, where original creations (choco-guims, for example), bars, more classic confectionery and other monumental all-chocolate pieces come together. At the back of the shop, the curious can take a look through the glass of the laboratory (at 67, quai de Londres). Perhaps they will have the chance to witness the conception of new sweets and taste them... The shop also sells refined teas as well as local spirits such as whisky from Lorraine.
