Located in Ehnen, in the northern part of Luxembourg's Moselle region, the Kohll-Leuck winery is a must for wine lovers. The Kohll-Reuland winery, located in the wine-growing villages of Ehnen, Wormeldange and Schengen, is a small, family-run business producing top-quality wines and crémants. Thanks to the diversity of its terroirs, the estate is able to select appropriate grape varieties and take advantage of the geological characteristics of the soil to guarantee the quality of its products. The winery, managed by Martine Kohll and Frank Keyser, pays close attention to oenological and environmental issues, as well as to grape maturity. The passion for wines typical of Luxembourg's Moselle region, passed down from generation to generation, is reflected in the drive for constant improvement and the successful combination of tradition and modernity. The estate also offers tastings and a wine bar where visitors can discover the different wines and crémants.

They offer a variety of wines, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Barrique and Bueden, as well as Crémants such as Brut 'Aly Duhr', Brut Rosé and Brut 'Grande Cuvée'. The estate also offers delivery services.

Domaines Vinsmoselle, located in Trieux, is Luxembourg's largest producer of wine and crémant. They are renowned for their century-old expertise (since 1921) and award-winning wines. Bringing together 240 winegrowers from Schengen to Wasserbillig, this cooperative cultivates exceptional terroirs along the Moselle. Its cellars in Wellenstein offer fascinating guided tours for groups or individuals. You can take part in a commented tasting at one of its four convivial sites. Their catering formulas at the Cave complete this oenological and gourmet experience, worthy ambassadors of Luxembourg.

Domaine Sunnen Hoffmann produces a variety of wines, including Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muskat-Ottonel. The vines are located on slopes of up to 36% and benefit from a generous microclimate. The estate also offers wine tastings, events and news related to viticulture. Since 2000, the estate has been working in harmony with nature, following the criteria of organic farming. Here, two young catering partners are full of ideas and energy and, in partnership with several bakeries in the city, they make bagels, hot dogs, salads, cookies, donuts and cupcakes, not to mention a few gluten-free specialties. This label celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2021 and is intended to protect the Lorraine and French confectionery, because in the 1980s, there was no protection, which left the door open to a lesser quality as for the essences of bergamot incorporated in the various confectioneries, but also possible copies or a non-protection of the heritage. Thomas Colson and Rémy Welter work the vines on nearly 9 hectares, with a progressive balance between gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois. This estate has 4 hectares of organic orchards, because here the key words are quality and authenticity. At the same time, these two friends have created a new, charming wine-making and marketing facility in the heart of Toul, in the former Cordier cellars (a wine merchant based on the port of Toul), which you can visit at your leisure and learn to taste.

GAEC DU GUE is a family-run dairy farm in Nonhigny, producing quality farmhouse products. You'll find yoghurts, dessert creams, fromage frais and crème fraîche made on site from the milk of the farm's cows. Products are sold direct from the farm on Friday evenings from 4pm to 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm. It's an opportunity to discover fresh produce direct from the producer. This is an address not to be missed for the quality of its products.

This 35^m2 guest room is designed with environmentally friendly materials (hemp, wood and lime), in a 17th century winegrower's house surrounded by an organic garden. Peony-coloured, the decoration is original and cheerful, with a view on the garden and, in the distance, the silhouette of the Vosges mountains. Organic cosmetics are available for guests, and it is possible to enjoy, upon reservation, the vegetarian and organic table d'hôte. And the most, this farm also offers gardening courses quite exciting!

Retrogusto is a corner of Italy in Nancy. It starts with the grocery store, which makes your mouth water and allows you to prepare the specialties on sale yourself. On the spot, a nice choice of antipasti awaits you, followed by a farandole of pasta and other ravioli, meats and fish cooked in the Mediterranean style. As for the desserts, the homemade ice creams, the sabayons and the tiramisu close the meal on an excellent note. Not to mention the numerous wines, carefully chosen to accompany the meal. In the end, the only thing wrong with Retrogusto is that you want more!

Legend has it that Saint Arnoul, bishop of Metz, became the patron saint of brewers by performing the miracle of multiplying the beer for the thirsty men in charge of transferring his relics. And it is in the Saint-Arnoul cellar that the visit of this brewery begins and ends: brewing room, fermentation room, bottling line, without forgetting the tasting. The brewery was bought by a German brewer in August 2007 but has been able to continue its activity.

Nicolas Masson is a fruit producer on the hillsides of the village. He offers you the opportunity to discover more than fifteen varieties of apples, several pears and, depending on the season, cherries, strawberries, peaches, apricots, mirabelle plums and quetsches. A shop allows you to take home beautiful fruits, vegetables, but also fruit juices to fill up with vitamins as well as honey, jams, oils... It is also possible to visit the orchard on request. Finally, other good products from the farm can be bought: eggs, chickens, guinea fowl..

During the harvesting period, i.e. in summer, you can visit the hives and see how the extraction is done. But the place is also favourable to the purchase of honey of an excellent quality. Indeed, the honeys of this exploitation are regularly awarded at the general contest of Paris. Whether it is from acacia flowers, lime or fir, the honey is creamy and can be enjoyed with all kinds of sauces. The producers are passionate about their work. It is therefore better to call before coming to see them. Honey has its letters of nobility here.

Marie-France and Luc Philippe are pig farmers in the locality and specialize in the sale of pork and charcuterie. With a production of 150 sows and between 1,500 piglets and pigs, the activity requires a daily presence and intense work. The pigs are sold wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail. Every Friday and Saturday morning, the shop is always full. People faithfully buy head cheeses, black pudding, andouillettes, cut up half pigs, grilled meats... and piglets intended for mechouis. A fine concentration of local talent from Lorraine!

For nine generations the Masson family has been working the vines in the Toulois. The 2.45 hectare estate enjoys a lot of sunshine thanks to its south-east orientation. Jacques Masson will be delighted to show you his production. The latest additions are the white wine, aged in oak barrels, which is very fruity with an aroma of roasted hazelnuts, and the red wine, also aged in oak barrels, which gives it a fine tannic taste. A wide range of brandies is also available.
