You'll find everything you need to make a whole host of creations: chocolates, almonds, chestnut purée, flavourings, colourings and pastry preparations. A wide range of pastry utensils and cookery books are on hand to help you get the most out of your recipes. The premises are also equipped with a laboratory for pastry courses.
