Since 2002, Jean-Michel and Christelle Matte have become bakers-farmers. From growing cereals organically to making bread, with freshly milled flour to guarantee an intact flavour, the couple offers organic sourdough breads baked over a wood fire, along with tasty fougasses, sandwich loaves, tortillas and spelt shells and country buns. Le Moulin du Petit Poucet does not contain any ogre to rob the production!
