In the heart of the village of Saint Saint————Clement-de-Rivière in the hamlet of Bouzenac, Christine and Christophe convey to us the passion of wine with generosity. Vigneron from father to son for five generations, Puech produces vintage wines of a country name. Their vineyard, located at the entrance to the village of Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, covers twenty-two hectares of limestone clay land and is the origin of an exemplary production of country wines. The area perched on the heights of the village welcomes guests with generosity and passion for tasting moments. Cuvée, the Big Devois, or the Chardonnay will make your senses by éveils their texture, lightness and freshness ranges. The sharing of their knowledge and the quality of services are the watchwords of this Languedoc area.

Les Remparts de Neffiès is a historic site located in Neffiès, in the Languedoc region of France. The site is the fruit of the passion of two pharmacists, Mary and Pascal Blondel, who created the estate in 2001. The estate extends over 12 hectares of Pézenas terraces, composed of basalt, dolomitic limestone and pebble soils. Les Remparts de Neffiès produces mainly still red wines, with grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The wines are described as rich, fruity and complex, with fine tannins and a beautiful harmony between roundness and freshness.

The soils of this estate have been devoted to vines since Roman times. Grapes from the roussanne, grenache, syrah and mourvèdre varieties grow on this arid, stony soil. The result is a heady wine destined for aging. Le Petit Futé liked the Chapelle de Bébian cuvée, which needs no cellaring! The 1 ha estate is home to Matthieu de Lauzun's gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star) and a hotel with a dozen rooms.

A former dependency of Valmagne Abbey, founded in 1139, traces of Roman presence prove that this site was already exploited by the Romans. The 40-hectare estate is farmed organically and surrounded by woods and garrigue swept by the Tramontane and sea spray, which are reflected in the Mas wines, combining freshness and generosity. A small ^12th-century chapel is worth a visit. Since 1994, all production has been vinified on site. A wonderful visit and tasting experience.

Domaine de Brunet is a winery located in Causse-de-la-Selle. Founded in 1973 by Pierre and Henri Coulet, the estate now offers eleven cuvées and a liqueur wine. Domaine de Brunet wines are renowned for their verticality, balanced, silky structure and airy, racy character. Each cuvée is carefully cultivated, blended and aged to develop its own unique personality. The domaine offers two ranges of wines: Mas Brunet (AOC Languedoc and Terrasses du Larzac) and Dolinebrune (IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert). In addition to these wines, Domaine de Brunet also offers four cuvées of Vins de Pays de l'Hérault, as well as a liqueur wine called Cartagène. Pierre, who has an agricultural background, takes care of the vineyard, and Xavier, the youngest, who has a business school diploma, manages the marketing. A close-knit and committed family business, practicing natural methods in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, to improve the quality of the wines of the estate. Domaine la Prade Mari, located in Aigne, between Carcassonne, Béziers and Narbonne in the Hérault region, benefits from an ideal microclimate for its 24 hectares of vines planted on silty-clay soil. Mas de Cynanque, located in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, cultivates vines on a magnificent slope at the foot of the Caroux mountains. Hand-picked in small crates, the attention paid to each terroir produces wines of exceptional finesse and elegance. This estate benefits from a remarkable terroir classified as a Languedoc-Roussillon cru. Old vines and traditional grape varieties add a special complexity to the wines. The vineyard is farmed organically, with respect for the soil and nature.

Mas de Figuier is a winery located in Vacquières. They offer a selection of organic wines, including Jean Pic St Loup 2021, Joseph Mas de Figuier Pic St Loup Vin Bio and Roman Languedoc AOP Rouge 2022. The vineyard extends over 1,200 ha, with a terroir influenced by the sea and soils of rounded pebbles. The cooperative brings together 167 passionate winegrowers, producing prestigious wines. The company is well organized, selling over 4.2 million bottles a year in France and abroad. In Portiragnes, a cellar on Avenue de l'Égalité, in the northeast of the village, provides an ideal setting for tastings, and serves as a boutique for the wines.

Servian is a town in the Languedoc region. Les Vignerons de l'Occitane is a local winery offering a selection of red wines, including Faugères Baron Ermengaud. Mas Olivier is a winery located in Faugères. It offers a wide selection of red, rosé and white wines, as well as local produce. Visitors can taste the wines free of charge in the cellar, open daily from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm in summer, and from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm in winter. In the heart of the lagoon, a beautiful vineyard is located next to a pine forest and aromatic plants, with exceptional sunshine. Tastings of Muscats and Languedoc wines are organized throughout the year and the place welcomes receptions and seminars. The great specialty of the house is "Funambulles", a sparkling wine 100% Muscat, ideal for the aperitif. The Domaine also offers a walk through the vineyard with a nature guide, a visit of the cellars, followed by a tasting of the vintages with small food and wine pairings.

The Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette extends over limestone scree terraces nestled at an altitude of 350 metres, at the foot of the Larzac plateau. Visitors can explore the vineyards and taste the wines produced on site. The estate also has a store where visitors can buy the wines.

The Domaine des Pradels Quartironi, organically farmed for 3 generations, covers 14 hectares in the Saint-Chinian appellation. The hillside vines, facing south and southeast, benefit from a schist terroir at an altitude of 300 m, offering low yields favoring subtle aromas and characteristic freshness. Some of the reds are aged in vats, oak foudres, oak demi-muids or stoneware jars before bottling.

Domaine La Grangette is a winery steeped in history. Once part of the Baron de Guers seigneury, the land was cultivated with cereals and alfalfa. Today, the estate covers sixty hectares, twenty of which are planted with vines. Bordered by garrigue stretching for six kilometers as far as Montagnac, the area offers many opportunities for walking or cycling, along paths between vineyards, garrigue and pine forests. Founded at the end of the ^19th century by the Prat family, the Domaine de la Baume underwent a renaissance in 2003 when it was bought by Joseph Helfrich and joined the Grands Chais de France group. Today, the domaine receives harvests from some forty Languedoc-Roussillon producers, exporting most of its cuvées abroad. La Baume produces three types of wine from a variety of grape varieties (Viognier, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah). The Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée is particularly successful.

The Château des Hospitaliers is a wedding venue located in Entre-Vignes. It offers a top-of-the-range reception hall as well as a gîte for guests. Frédéric Morin and his family welcome you to their winery, set between vineyards and a pond. This estate, which overlooks the lagoon and runs along the famous Via Domitia, has been in existence since 1330! Domaine Virgile Joly is a winery located in the heart of the Languedoc region, in the village of Saint Saturnin de Lucian. Founded in 2000 by Virgile and Magdalena Joly, their aim is to popularize the Terrasses du Larzac appellation by producing quality organic wines. The Benedictine people of Maguelone were the first to plant vines on the estate in 1229. Subsequently, from the th to the th century, the Roque family, the family name of the castle, cultivates the vine and develops the craft crafts. In September 2006, Jacques Figuette settled on a land of course shaped as an amphitheatre, which promotes a mature maturity of mourvèdre, syrah and Grenache. The three colours are: red and rosé, under the appellation-du-Languedoc cru-Saint-Loup. To discover: in red the Cuvée Numismae 2005, high 18 months in the barrel, very deep, with persistent notes of wood fruits, also spent on wood, the white Cuvée Clos des Benedictine.

Situated on 12 hectares of sun-drenched schist slopes, Jérôme Rateau's vineyard is ideally suited to producing elegant wines. Since 2007, he has been producing ruby-red wines with aromas of red fruits and spices. AOP Faugères grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault are used to produce reds and rosés. Some cuvées, aged in oak barrels, have excellent ageing potential. Jérôme also produces 2 complex white wines, to delight all palates.

Jean-Pascal Pelagatti, a young winegrower based in Béziers, produces white, rosé and red wines on his 24-hectare family estate. Using integrated farming methods, he produces mainly IGP Oc and IGP Coteaux de Béziers. The wines are fine and well-balanced, especially the reds. The vineyard, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), attracts quality wine lovers. It's a "coup de coeur" in the Guide Hachette des vins 2020. The welcome is excellent, and the advice is very pertinent.

Welcome to Bernard and Anne-Lise, passionate beekeepers at Domaine de Villeneuve. Their tempting products include a wide range of honeys, gingerbread, mead, wax and honey vinegar. The choice is endless among the fifteen honeys on offer for sale (and regularly for tasting). From May to August, take advantage of free open days on the last Sunday of the month to discover the fascinating world of bees and the honey house. The estate is also renowned for its wines: a promising visit that will appeal to many wine lovers.

The Saint-Chinian cooperative winery, founded in 1937, is run by a hundred passionate winegrowers. Since 2013, it has been combining exceptional cuvées with works by contemporary artists, an original concept called l'Art en Cave. Great names in art have already collaborated on this project, including painter Laura Chaplin, granddaughter of Charlie Chaplin, and Breton artist Eric Fleury in 2019. The paintings created on the vats are reproduced on the vintage bottle labels. A combination of art and wine that we love!

The Canal du Demi-La Gorge Fraîche craft brewery stands proudly on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Installed in a former sugar refinery, the bar-boutique with its industrial atmosphere offers an ideal break to discover the full range of beers of the place. The white beer tickles with its notes of spices and citrus fruits, the blond one has a beautiful golden color, while the amber one delights the taste buds with its caramelized flavors. The managers also offer for sale the wines of friends and spirits of the region.

Aucels is an excellent brewery from the Hérault region with an owl as its logo. This Bedarcian beer is a real delight in the mouth, with a surprising lightness, whatever the color of its dress. Lemonades and artisanal sodas are also produced. The premises have been renovated and the visitor can see the tanks that house the golden nectar. The prices in the store are very affordable, the service is warm and the team of enthusiasts is full of original ideas, such as the brewing courses starting in March and the rental of taps.

Megavins specializes in wine wholesale for professionals, but also offers retail sales for individuals. The store focuses particularly on wines from the South of France. You'll discover a landscape of many flavors and colors, thanks to the great diversity of terroirs represented, the know-how of winegrowers and the great traditions of viticulture in our regions. And there's plenty to choose from: 1,500 references of wines, beers, bubbles and spirits make up this house of independent wine merchants.

Created in 1932, this large vineyard covers 2,400 hectares and brings together 350 winegrowers. Today, this wine cooperative is a world reference, and its wines are frequently awarded. While the majority of sales are exported, there are three cellars in the Hérault region: one in Mèze, another in Pomérols and a third in Pignan, just outside Montpellier. They feature over 40 references, including four different qualities of Picpoul-de-Pinet.

Mas Foulaquier is steeped in history dating back to the year 1000, with archives dating back to 1445. Pierre, an architect with a passion for wine, became a winemaker in 1998, finding his ideal estate at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup. Blandine, a parliamentary civil servant, joined Pierre in 2003 after exploring the world of wine. Since the first vintage in 1999, the estate has evolved thanks to Blandine and Pierre, who cultivate the vineyard organically and biodynamically. Their approach to winemaking has become a philosophy, founded on deep-rooted values.

Domaine de la Barthe, in the Eychenne family since the early ^20th century, was taken over by Yves and Viera in the 1960s. It offers fine, controlled wines, gorged with the sun of the garrigue and born of clay-limestone soils typical of the region. Their diversified vineyards (Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Muscat d'Alexandrie...) stretch along the slopes of the Canal du Midi, offering a broad palette of aromas. The Métamorphose and Eurythmie cuvées have won awards at the Languedoc Grand Vin competitions.

Château Saint-Martin des Champs in Murviel-lès-Béziers continues a winegrowing tradition that goes back almost 350 years. Since 1675, winegrowers Pierre and Michel Birot have been cultivating a 95-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone soils and producing great wines. The fruit of ancestral know-how combining traditional methods and innovation, these nectars tell the story of a family devoted body and soul to the art of the vine. This estate produces wines of character and terroir, bearing witness to the region's rich winegrowing heritage. Each sip celebrates Château Saint-Martin des Champs' visceral attachment to its Languedoc roots.

This wine cellar offers a range of muscats, cartagena rosés, etc., from the region as well as local products (olive oils, local wines, artisanal biscuits, berlingots, donkey milk soaps, organic jams). This cellar has the particularity of multiplying the devices of reception of the handicapped persons: parking, access ramp, sanitary with support bar; calm and protected place for the auditory and mental handicapped persons; contrasted staircases and way by change of texture for the visual handicapped persons

A guarantee of quality and unanimously recognized, the Pic Saint Loup appellation is highly prized by connoisseurs of Languedoc wines. This estate is the largest in the appellation, headed by Régis Valentin, a passionate winemaker who patiently raises vintages made from Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Viognier grapes. This terroir, which is difficult to grasp, produces well-balanced vintages, where the fruit is exalted and the typicity is very particular. The result lives up to expectations: a beautiful range of red and rosé pic-saint-loup and white coteaux-du-languedoc that pays tribute to the terroir that shapes them. Taste the very successful "Vieilles vignes" cuvée, with red fruit and liquorice aromas, supple and balanced, or the "Enfant du loup" cuvée with accents of garrigue, black fruit and vanilla on the finish, an explosion of flavours. The Syndicat AOC Languedoc is housed in the Maison des Vins du Languedoc in Lattes. A true showcase for the region's AOC wines, it includes a store with more than 600 references, chef Bernard Cabiron's restaurant, as well as a wine school where amateur and passionate oenologists can participate in workshops and training sessions. The house also offers gourmet walks and rooms for rent for weddings, private receptions, seminars, trade shows..

The vines of Château Coujan are planted on hillsides at an altitude of 140 m, on a terroir of sandstone gravel, north of Béziers. Florence Guy vinifies and raises Saint-Chinian, Coteaux du Languedoc and local wines. For the summer we recommend the cuvée tradition A.O.C. Saint-Chinian, 99% mourvèdre and 1% cinsault, a fruity rosé with notes of red fruits. A first cold-pressed olive oil from Château Coujan extends the original production range of Château Coujan. Also note the presence of two gîtes with swimming pool on the estate.

Since 1995, when the cooperative opened, the Pays d'Ensérune winegrowers have combined tradition and innovation. Their 3,200-hectare vineyard, spread over 11 villages, features classic Mediterranean grape varieties such as carignan, grenache, muscat and cinsault, as well as AOPs such as Saint Chinian and Coteaux du Languedoc. Two tasting and sales cellars are available: one in Nissan-lez-Enserune and the other in Cazouls-lès-Béziers.

Close to the sea, this domain of 25 ha of vineyards is certified organic. The sixth generation of the Andrieu family now works these lands. Among the cultivated grape varieties, chardonnay, merlot and pinot give birth to IGP vin-de-pays-de-l'hérault wines. The "Ecocert" organic label guarantees the natural preservation of this exceptional terroir. Grilled meats, shellfish, charcuterie and red meats go perfectly with the flavors of the different wines produced in this area.

The Bouchard family has built up a vineyard of Vins de Pays Côtes de Thongues, AOC Coteaux-du-languedoc and AOC Faugères. Known for the Domaine Deshenrys, the family is less known for the Sylva Plana abbey. Cédric Guy, Nicolas and his father Henry-Ferdinand Bouchard decided to expand their range by producing AOC Faugères. The vines are planted on south-facing terraces on a terroir of schist, clay-limestone and grey marble. The harvest is carried out manually with sorting on the spot. Marianne and Michel Cros have turned their estate into a model of sustainable agriculture. The vineyard produces particularly expressive wines, selected each year by specialized guides and during competitions. During the visit, these winemakers will share their passion for their land and discover their wines. Some of the wines are matured in oak barrels, near the old cellars, where entire aisles of old tuns are still preserved.
