CHATEAU SAINT-MARTIN DES CHAMPS

Pierre and Michel Birot are experienced winegrowers, cultivating these century-old lands handed down from father to son since 1675. They take care of a 90 ha vineyard on clay-limestone soils, facing south. Their wines are aged in barrels. They produce, among other things, well-balanced reds that let the schistose terroir express itself. Special mention to the AOP St Chinian selection (rosé and red) and the Méli Mélo range (white, rosé and red).
