Domaine de Rochemond is a winery located in Sabran, in the town of Cadignac. Domaine du Parc Saint Charles offers a wide selection of wines, from aperitifs to whites, rosés and reds. Wines are available in a range of bottle sizes, from 75cl to 150cl. Domaine du Parc Saint Charles also offers AOC Côtes du Rhône and IGP Gard wines. Domaine du Parc Saint Charles wines are made from traditional grape varieties such as Viognier, Syrah, Grenache noir and Mourvèdre. The winemaker puts all his know-how and sensitivity into creating quality wines that reflect the typicity of the region.

Founded a quarter of a century ago by Bernard Callet and his family, this estate extends over a 28-hectare plateau in the Rhône Valley. Domaine Coudoulis is renowned for its exceptional terroir and its commitment to the quality and authenticity of its wines. Visitors can discover the different cuvées offered by the estate, such as Cuvée DEDICACE, Cuvée HOMMAGE and Cuvée EVIDENCE. The estate also offers more affordable wines with its "Petit Coudoulis" range.

On a gress soil, (sand mixed with pebbles), which characterizes the soil of Costières de Nîmes, the domain of Donadille is located in the enclosure of the agricultural high school of Rodilhan, specialized in the training to the professions of agriculture. Lucile, in charge of the cellar, will be able to advise you and tell you about the products on sale, and the sarabands of flavours to be discovered during the tasting. The olive is also honoured with its oil which has a double appellation AOP olive oil of Nimes and Organic Agriculture. Exhibitions are also proposed.

For the past 20 years, Christophe Aguilar has been at the head of the Domaine de la Patience (which has existed since 1930). Domaine de Panéry is a winery that offers visitors a unique experience. With its online store, wine lovers can discover and order a wide selection of quality wines and olive oils. The estate also offers accommodation for those wishing to extend their stay. Rooms are comfortable and offer magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards. In 1979, Daniel took over and enlarged his father's vineyard. The vineyard then went through a restructuring phase with the planting of improving grape varieties. In 2003, he became independent by creating the "Domaine le Clos des Lumières". All the plots of land are cultivated in a sustainable way for a better respect of the environment. Château de Bouchassy is a winery located in Roquemaure. Here you can taste Lirac and Côtes-du-Rhône wines. The owners, Michèle and Nicolas Degoul, are passionate winemakers.

A family property since 1955, Château de la Tuilerie is located on the oldest geological part of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. The vineyard extends over 59 hectares surrounded by the purple foothills of the Cévennes to the west and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. The Château de la Tuilerie is considered one of the references of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, offering wines of great finesse and elegance. Built in 1928, the Saint-Dézery winery is strategically located between Nîmes, Alès, Uzès and Anduze. It is famous for the creation of the "Saint D" range, the result of integrated and organic farming, rigorous grape selection, meticulous vinification and 42 winemakers who have decided to slowly but surely shake up the image of cooperatives. An image that's a little out of favor, despite the fine work of some of them. Enjoy your tasting!

The Domaine des Sauvaire is a place of taste, flavour and history. The first traces of the existence of this estate date back to 1660, when Jean Sauvaire married. Today, more than three centuries later, his heirs are keeping the tradition alive. This estate, located on the Mas de Reilhe, has always had an agricultural vocation, activities that explain the presence of the vaulted sheepfold and the coach house. The relatively mild climate of the region and the good amount of sunshine explain these crops.

The Domaine du Vistre is the property of the Dupret family, winegrowers for six generations. Little by little, the family has oriented its vineyards towards qualitative grape varieties in order to create high quality wines in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. Moreover, the estate is very committed to the environment and has even been ISO 14001 certified for several years. The winery was originally created through the merger of the Générac, Calvisson, Beauvoisin and Saint-Hilaire wineries. The Domaine de Gressac converted to organic farming in 1970 on a dozen hectares in the commune of Verfeuil. This avant-garde vineyard, a forerunner in responsible agriculture, is harvested and sorted by hand. The Domaine Tardieu Ferrand is the result of the marriage of two winegrowers and two estates (one in the Uzège and the other in the Rhône Valley). The Syndicat Viticole de l'Appellation Tavel promotes a unique rosé: Tavel, AOC since 1936. Its history dates back to antiquity, and its reputation has grown over the centuries. Discover this wine, distinguished by its complexity, length on the palate, elegance and pronounced red fruit aromas. A rare feature for a rosé, it has excellent ageing potential. The two wineries merged in 2010 to form a single entity with 70 cooperative members. However, each of the two cellars has retained its own identity: the Vauvert cellar, which has been in existence since 1939, produces top-quality Costières, while the Gallargues cellar, which has been in existence since 1929, is more focused on Vin de Pays d'Oc. This winery produces and sells the harvests of a 700-hectare wine-growing estate spread over the communes of Sommières, Salinelles, Aspères, Campagne, Garrigues, Lecques and Fontanes. The tour and tasting will give you an insight into the work of the winegrowers who work on this vineyard while respecting the land and nature. In fact, the entire vineyard is managed using sustainable agriculture methods, and part of it is undergoing organic conversion. A fascinating experience!

Welcome to Mas Seren, in the heart of the Cevennes! Yes, the rhyme is deliberate, as EmmanuelleSchoch, the owner, will explain. This native of Lyon has been planting her six hectares here in Monoblet for ten years (tasting and sales are in Anduze). The estate is surrounded by scrubland and oak forests, bathed in sunlight and watched over by the stars (which give the estate its name: Seren means "star" in Welsh, and each wine is named after a star).

At Domaine de la Romance, the winegrowers have forged a bond with the land, which they cultivate with love and kindness on a small, organically-farmed acreage. For your part, you'll fall under the spell of this estate and its owners, who will passionately explain and show you their work, their wines and their products. The "Tuesdays of Romance" aperitifs in summer are the perfect opportunity for this discovery. Two characterful gîtes for up to 7 people, with swimming pool, are available for weekly rentals.

The Cave de l'Ormarine is a group of 8 cooperative wineries. Of these, 6 are located in the Hérault, 1 in the Gard and 1 in the Minervois. The supply area is therefore extensive, stretching from the Cévennes to the Mediterranean (Pinet, Villeveyrac, Cournonterral, Vias, Olonzac, etc.). So don't be surprised if you find wines in this cellar that have nothing to do with the local terroir: Picpoul de Pinet, Collines de la Moure, Côtes de Thau... Domaine Les Cadinières is a small 13-hectare family estate run by Claire Reynes. She'll be delighted to welcome you to her tasting cellar, where you can discover her AOP Côtes du Rhône wines and talk passionately about her work, the vines and how she makes her wine. What's more, you can spend one or more nights on the estate. Not only is there a camping car park, but you can also sleep in the charming Les Garrigues gîte, right in the heart of the vineyards!

The Brasserie des Garrigues is THE haunt of all beer lovers. The idea was to create a local beer, without colouring agents or preservatives. Certified AB, their brewing method is artisanal and rustic, in order to obtain an unpasteurized and unfiltered beverage. A visit to the brewery may precede the sale on site, in order to discover the production process. Their production is distributed to all the good addresses around Béziers in Alès.

It's impossible to miss this ^13th-century commandery on the small road leading to Dions. The majestic tower, a legacy of the Knights Templar, and the surrounding estate form a breathtaking picture. The 104-hectare estate produces wines that take full advantage of their privileged terroir, nestled on the silico-clay terraces of the Gardon river. Their red AOP du Duché d'Uzès is a real nugget that completes a range rich in subtlety, offering quality wines at affordable prices! Certified organic since 2020.

This craft brewery was created by two passionate brothers, Bastien and Matthieu, in 2011. Nestled on the outskirts of Nîmes in a large building with a terrace, it has become a landmark for lovers of authentic beers. Their expertise can be tasted on site or taken away, with an eclectic selection of some fifteen organic beers, lovingly brewed right here. Our favorites include Sagne, subtly flavored with Camargue rice, Frambrunette with Gard raspberries and Bzzz Bzz, which evokes the delights of Ardèche chestnut honey.

The 8-hectare vineyard, certified organic since 2024, produces AOP duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes wines. A passionate, committed young winemaker, Dorian Martin celebrates terroir through sustainable, eco-responsible viticulture. His three cuvées, made from traditional and emblematic grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah and Viognier, seduce with their quality and rich, complex aromatic profiles. Here we are, in the very north of the Costières-de-Nîmes area, close to the Pont du Gard. This estate was created in 2004, and so much has been achieved! Certified "Haute Valeur Environnementale" and currently undergoing organic conversion, the estate produces wines that respect the environment. But the estate's originality doesn't stop there... The family organizes a wide range of events to help visitors discover their wine, their passion and their surroundings: visit the contemporary cellar, tour the tunnels (which are a continuation of the Pont du Gard), taste the estate's wines... It has been more than a century since the Peladan family settled in Cardet, at the foot of the Cevennes. The family has also installed its viticultural know-how to take possession of 25 hectares of vines on which no less than 12 grape varieties are produced. The family's heir, Guilhem, now makes wines from the Cévennes region that combine softness and finesse. With audacity and success, he also vinifies Alsatian grape varieties. Throughout the year, Christin, sommelier, is on the lookout for new winemakers to expand the range of Histoire de Vin. Anne, his wife, will welcome you in this wine cellar located at two steps of the Esplanade to make you taste the latest finds. This native of Nîmes will guide you with finesse through the 750 references present so that you can find what suits you best. The cellar is renewed very regularly in order to share with the customers new stories in bottle.

Celliers des 3 Tours" is a cooperative winery born of the gradual merger of the Moussac wineries with Brignon (merged in 1990) and Boucoiran (merged in 2003). As each village had its own tower, the name "Celliers des 3 Tours" was chosen. At the cooperative's cellar, which has been growing steadily for the past eighteen years, you can discover, taste and buy Pays d'Oc wines. The wine is typical of the south of France, and particularly of the Gard department, thanks to this fusion of small villages. You can taste on site at the cellar.
