Boris, a passionate young market gardener, has a triple objective: to grow healthy, certified organic vegetables and fruit in Sigean, close to the point of sale and accessible to all pocketbooks. A total of 32 species of vegetables are harvested in the field on the 1.5 ha he cultivates in summer and winter. Freshness is guaranteed by the fact that harvesting is followed by direct sale, with no "cold room" stage. Among these vegetables, two varieties are customer favorites: ogen melon and mini watermelons.
