Wine and alcohol cooperatives Aude

Here's a temple to wine that's a dream come true, with its wide choice of products and attractive presentation. This cooperative cellar brings together 45 passionate winegrowers on 280 ha, all of whom have put their grape varieties on the map: Les Pujots, Les Vignerons, le Grussius, IGP Les Sens de la Garrigue, IGP Les Sens des Etangs and AOP La Clape Alta Vinha. You'll also find liqueur wines such as Muscat and Cartagène. The site's motto, by Leonardo da Vinci, pays tribute to the winemakers: "Happiness comes to men who are born where good wine is found."

The cooperative has 130 members and a vineyard of 1100 ha. Its modern winery produces H.V.E-certified AOP Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes and vins de pays. Thanks to its seaside vineyards on sun-drenched hillsides, the Leucat terroir produces wines that combine tradition and modernity. Founded in 1929, the Anne de Joyeuse winery takes its name from the Duke of Joyeuse, to whom the seigneury of Limoux was given by Henri III in the ^16th century. 3,000 hectares of vines produce still wine in AOP Limoux (red and white) and IGP Pays d'Oc (three colors). Anne de Joyeuse is also committed to protecting the environment with the Protect Planet® initiative, and to enhancing the human aspect of wine production. Founded in 1946 as the Société des Producteurs de Blanquette de Limoux, the company became known as Sieur d'Arques in 1990, in homage to a lord of the Pays d'Oc, who adored the "flascons" of blanquette. Today, 193 member winegrowers, committed to their terroir, produce and promote this ancestral local culture. Fans of bubbles come here to taste the excellence of "sparkling wines" and "still wines", representing 1,578 ha of vineyards.

In the heart of Place Jacques Chirac, Port Leucate's new central space, you'll find the Vignobles Cap Leucate cellar. The 130 cooperative winegrowers of the Leucat region produce H.V.E-certified A.O.P Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes and vins de pays in their cellar. Thanks to its seaside vineyards on sun-drenched hillsides, this terroir produces wines that combine tradition and modernity. You'll be able to discover their different cuvées and local products through tastings in an attractive and very welcoming setting.

The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range. You will find them in the delicatessens and the Gamm Vert stores of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude.
