Would you like to travel back in time to medieval times? In their shop full of character, Céline and Renaud make game and beer lovers happy. In total, they have nearly 350 references in both fields! In the shop, you will find beers of all nationalities, role-playing games and various accessories on the theme of the Middle Ages (medieval jewellery, drinking horns, olifants, clothes, mugs...). The duo also offers tasting evenings and game demonstrations. Finally, the curious can venture into the Antre de l'Echoppe, the shop's little brother, where it is possible to discover many beers and spirits.

We've been dreaming of a local beer with an Occitan name! Xavier Benoist has made it. A brewery engineer, he produces artisanal beers in Carcassonne, using French wheat, barley and hops. La Ciutat ("the city" in langue d'oc) comes in seven varieties: white, blonde, brown, Pils, amber, Ladies and Éphémère. Three local sodas round out the range, in the tradition of brewer-limonadiers, including the famous Carca-Cola (caffeine-free). L'Antre de l'Echoppe is both a factory and a beer tavern, located just a stone's throw from its big sister, the Echoppe Médiévale. Located next to the Place des Quatre-Fontaines, in Narbonne's pedestrianised city centre, the address has an amazing setting. Once you've passed the door, the steps will lead you into an atypical basement room with vaulted ceilings, exposed stones, vats, board games and an impressive quantity of beer! Pierric Blum, an artisan brewer, has created this microbrewery, which holds the Organic Agriculture label. The name of his brewery is inspired by the Cathar citadels, and 90% of the products used in his beers come from the Occitanie region. Three beers are the fruit of his labors. The blond Belgian Blond Ale is light, round, honeyed and caramelized. Red: Irish Pale Ale, copper-colored, flavored with Ornaison d'Oc red pomegranate. White: Witbier, smooth and dry, flavored with lemon thyme and juniper berries.

La Mer à Boire is a craft microbrewery in Les Chalets, Gruissan, offering beers brewed on site: wheat beer, lager, amber, stout and IPA. These include "L'écume de mer", with a hint of citrus, "Oh soleil", "La Barberousse", aptly named, "La Macar" and "La Tram", as well as seasonal beers such as "la mer fruitée", with a different fruit each year, and an amber beer with spices for winter, "la mer givrée". Les têtes plates was the name once given to local winegrowers who made nails in winter. Now it's the name of this organic craft beer, renowned throughout the Occitanie region, offering the guarantee of a meticulous selection of local malt and hops. You'll find a wide choice of beers of different hues, textures and flavors, to be enjoyed in the brewery's pub, in restaurants or sold commercially: Sécade, Cargat, Fresquet, IPA or Gabelou, to name but a few. Not forgetting a soft craft range with cola, tonic, ice tea and lemonade.

A talented oenologist, Delphine offers a range of elegant, refined organic beers crafted in the purest tradition, with an eco-responsible, environmentally-friendly approach. Blonde or brown? The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range.
