Read moreThis former forge was once animated by several generations of the Petitjean family. Today, the Museum Forge is open to the public and presents the forge workshop as it was in 1950 and the apartments, the barn and the refurbished set as faithfully as possible to the original model. The visit begins with a film showing life and daily work in a forge workshop. In the barn are presented the numerous agricultural tools of the peasant blacksmith, master of the fire and nurse of the animals.

Read moreThe museum retrace the beaucourtoise industry from the late th century to the present. It belongs to the museum of comtoises techniques and cultures and was named the Musée de France in 2003. The collections presented testify to the genius of Frédéric Japy, a forerunner of the serial watch industry. A horloger horloger, he founded a watchmaking factory in 1777 where the machines of his creation quickly replace manual work. Its inventions extend to other areas: émaillerie, fasteners, lustrerie, motors or famous typewriters. The museum, located in the old Pendulerie Pendulerie, thus exhibits its exceptional collections. The Japy factory has counted up to 5 000 workers, in depth the history of the village of Beaucourt. Read moreThe Musée des Beaux-Arts de Belfort is set up in the Tower designed by Vauban during the construction project of the citadel. It houses collections of state deposits and special donations, including an exceptional donation by sculptor Camille Lefèvre in 1933. The museum features antique, modern and contemporary collections (paintings, sculptures, drawings, engravings, etc.). The course revolves around five themes of the th century in contemporary art: Allegory, religious feeling, nature and society, Portraits and academies and a tribute to Camille Lefèvre. The "Multi-site pass" allows access to the museum (it also gives access to the museum of history, the museum of modern art and the Lion Lion).
