Markets Ibiza

Located opposite the Portal de Ses Taules, the Mercat Vell is in the heart of the La Marina district. It occupies a building built at the end of the 19th century on the model of Greek temples, in the very place where farmers used to sell their produce. The market is not very big, but there are good products to shop for, including ecological fruit and vegetables and typical products of the island. Ideally placed to contemplate the comings and goings of traders and passers-by. Some of the stalls offer excellent bocadillos .

Quite simply the most authentic craft market on the island. Sale of products made by locals ranging from food to artworks to medicinal plants. Concerts from noon. Hippie atmosphere and very relaxed. Craftsmen and farmers, jewelers and coffee roasters, musicians and artists... all meet here every Sunday morning. This market is a real spectacle in itself. A must-see!

This hippy market is very popular; dozens of sales points offer handicrafts, musical instruments... It is, according to us, the most interesting hippy market of the island, more typical and warm than the one in Es Canar. Besides, the owner of the place chooses himself the exhibitors at the beginning of the season, in order to favour the diversity of the products. Although a little less hippy than in the past, Las Dalias remains the most emblematic market on the island.
