Read moreA very local discovery! Created by Savouré de Janville - in 2010, Beauce Cola exalts local products. The water needed to make it comes from the Beauce water table, the sugar comes from beets processed in Artenay. The Savouré did not want to copy but to adapt the recipe taking into account the local raw materials. The taste may therefore be surprising. But the Savourés know how to do it, they are the ones who made the lemonade "La Beauceronne" and who have been supplying fuel and drinks (you can't make this up!) since 1888.

Vincent Crosnier, the young brewer, will explain them to you himself since he has improved his own recipes that he used to make as an amateur at first. They are made with 20% raw cereals - barley, wheat and white oats - from the family farm. You will also find a selection of local products in the shop.
