For all lovers of Latino sounds, salsa dance and good tapas, the Mamacita is one of the warm addresses you love to discover. Every Thursday, Johan and Isa give salsa and bachata classes at 21 pm. The evening continues with good Latino mixes. The Iberian sausage trays and the blue wine Gik Azul are a nice option to use. Bar still very lively!

Régis Lemarchand opened the Crazy Funky Monkey in the company of his stuffed monkey. Bar and snack, you can eat there at any time on the go and the owner favors local and seasonal products. To eat quickly but well, such is its credo! The decoration is cosy and original. The welcome is very warm and we like the Viennese hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream at snack time and the daily bistro-style dishes at lunch time (paninis, bowls, burgers...). Many animations and concerts are organized during the weekends. A good address!

In the countryside, not far from the port of Toul an Héry, the Porspoden manor house transforms itself each summer into a cultural third place, with a rich program of concerts, DJ sets, shows, creative or wellness workshops... Once past the counter at the entrance, a spacious room is revealed under a cathedral ceiling, lined with rough wooden planks. The wine list offers an embarrassment of riches, in all colours, from France or elsewhere... Don't hesitate to ask the owner, Laurent, a trained sommelier, for advice. The house is also renowned for the quality of its tapas: oysters, charcuterie, roast camembert, stuffed snails, marrow bones, home-made rillettes of the sea...

From the Place of the Center, you will surely be intrigued by this little alleyway between two buildings of old stones that descend slowly. Follow it, and close to the banks of Trieux, you will find the pub La Glycine, a guingampaise institution. The bar, in financial difficulty, was saved by a participatory fundraising campaign in 2016, meaning the attachment of local people to this place. With its name, the hotel combines a façade shaded by a thick curtains of glycine. Simplicity and generosity are the key words of this pub, whether in the welcome we are reserved for, or the deco, simple and comfortable. In the pure tradition of the pubs, you can choose between many beers, and enjoy a billiard and a game of darts upstairs. Located just a few steps from the haras, this bar completely renovated after about twenty years of closure is a true bargain. Lovers of old stones will be delighted to find an old four-year-old oven, the players compete for a game of darts or baby football. To take a coffee by reading the Telegram or refreshing with a good pressure beer (Leffe, Hoegaarden…), the place is very nice. Electro or jazzy concerts are organized from time to time, the occasion to drink a good cocktail. Mojito, caipirinha, espresso martini, gin fizz, spritz (mythical Venetian cocktail) are signed Arthur or Rico, the two acolytes who make this place live. The interior terrace is also very pleasant.

Piccadilly, the first Saint-Brieuc night club is located between the train station and the city centre. As its name suggests, the atmosphere here is that of an English pub, with an impressive selection of beers (30 varieties, 6 draught) as well as coffees, and an Anglo-Saxon atmosphere: decorations, Irish music. You can eat on the go in the trendy brasserie. The very pleasant place regularly programs concerts organized by the Badaboum association and subsidized by the general Council of Côtes-d'Armor and the municipality of Saint-Brieuc. You can mostly see emerging talents, but sometimes famous artists. Did Pauline Croze, Aldebert, Loïc Lantoine, Alexis HK have pass by this pub and were all satisfied.

Located opposite the church, this café-concert welcomes one every Saturday and every Wednesday in July and August. Blues, rock, song, classical, world music... the programming is very varied and of high quality, free admission. In this vast stone house, which has been making coffee for over a hundred years, the atmosphere is warm. A boat hull cut in two serves as a counter, giving its name to the place (ar vag means "the boat" in Breton). The place also offers a simple and good restaurant, where local products are in the spotlight: pork ribs, mussels, homemade french fries, burgers, fish and chips, boards, sweet and savoury snacks in the afternoon... It took Typhaine and Bérenger nine months of work to transform this former clothing store, located in the city centre, into a warm and charming bistro. The vintage interior blends old stones, woodwork, sheet metal and a green ceiling. In the centre of the room is an elegant patinated wooden counter, topped by a copper still-like drawer. In addition to Breton draught beers and a fine selection of wines, especially from the South-West, the troquet offers a bistro cuisine every lunchtime of the week. On the menu: a daily special and four large salads, as well as five desserts. It is both simple and original, well worked and well presented. In the evening, to enhance the aperitif with friends, it is possible to order a board, mixing cheeses and delicatessen cut on a retro slicer. The establishment has a small terrace at the front, on the street, and a pleasant garden at the back, with vast flowerbeds, a fountain and a cabin for the little ones.

Saint-Quay-Portrieux is a charming coastal town in Brittany. Among its many establishments is Davy's, a bar-café much appreciated by locals and tourists alike. Davy's is open every day of the week. The interior is small but warm, with its retro furniture. As for drinks, local beers and natural wines are preferred.

The Corto Maltèse is located in an alley at the back of the port. Rather frequented by a relatively young public, it is convivial and festive. The outside terrace is very pleasant in the summer. Inside, darts downstairs and billiards upstairs allow you to relax while enjoying a good draught beer (Blanche Hermine, Dremwell, Brooklyn IPA) or a cocktail. The bamboo cabin is "the place to be" in Trebeurden, a place where you can enjoy a drink, dance and enjoy until late in the night. The place is directly on the beach of Tresmeur and is not just the exotic name since the interior decoration, wooden and bamboo stems, reminds the atmosphere of the islands' straw. At 3:00 p. m., Mathieu and Bertrand welcome you and offer various cocktails to relax. It is very successful! You can buy decoration and drink a detox juice or an excellent tea. You can also have lunch there: savory pie, dahl, curry... Two or three dishes, vegetarian of course, are offered. The antidote against the dullness!

This brewpub is hidden away in the heart of Chatelaudren, in a former warehouse of the Petit écho de la mode. A windowed corridor leads to a vast room, where metal beams recall the place's industrial past, while stone walls and mismatched furniture give it a warm feel. Behind the counter, the silver tanks ferment the different varieties of beer, all well-malted, spicy and not very bitter: blonde, golden, russet, brown and even pineapple white. Concerts, often rock concerts, are organized once a month.
