Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

La Cave du Caboulot is a nod to the Chagny restaurant Le Caboulot, run by Lauriane Lava's parents. The young woman worked there for many years, developing a passion for wine alongside her training in Beaune. It was therefore only logical that she should open her own cellar in the spring of 2022. She offers a selection of local and French wines, as well as spirits, beers, fruit juices and artisanal lemonades. The premises also feature a wine bar area, where Lauriane regularly organizes themed evenings.

With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. Homemade or collected with passion, honeys, oils, jams, spirits and other delicacies are available to take away or taste on site.

The village of Baron is located in the canton of Charolles. Françoise Feuillat-Juillot proves, along with other local women winemakers, that wine is not just a man's business. All the wines on offer, 60% of which are from Burgundy, have been carefully selected by the winemakers themselves. You can ask for advice according to your tastes or food and wine pairings. A witness to a rich history, the Domaine is now a 17 hectare landscaped park, open to the promenade and place of numerous events.

From the castle of Champgrenon (demolished in 1920), there are still remains. In particular, the door of the sunset, a magnificent building whose pediment displays "Champgrenon, temple of Des and Apollo" in tribute to the first owner: Aimé de Rymon (1573-1645), prosecutor of the king.

The personality of the Count of Rambuteau (1781-1869), a chamberlain of Napoleon 1 er, prefect of the Seine, still radiates on Champgrenon.

In 1997, the town of Charnay-lès-Mâcon, a new owner, engaged in the restoration of existing heritage: couchant door, cooler, entrance pavilion, farm buildings, wells… and makes it a place of cultural events. Since July 2008, the old farm buildings of the Domaine have housed the former «Mécanique mechanical mill». Visitors can discover the ancient restored mechanisms as well as the know-how of this profession, which is now missing on the commune.

In now air-conditioned premises, he references 450 suppliers, with wines from Burgundy of course, but also from the rest of France and around the world. Rums, whiskies and other liqueur delights are also on sale, as are delicatessen products (snails, duck terrines, trout, Morvan mangalica pigs...). These delicacies can be enjoyed while sipping a glass of wine at the bar, open on weekends.
