Chaintré, Fuissé, Pouilly, Solutré and Vergisson - what pretty villages and noble terroirs. It's at the foot of Solutré that the modern Atrium du Pouilly-Fuissé has been set up, uniting 250 producers of the eponymous appellation. A modern, bright and friendly tasting room, where you can discover the wines of this fabulous terroir, as well as other aspects of the area. Six discovery weekends, with free tastings of six wines, are also organized throughout the year.

The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is a unique winery dedicated to the vines and wines of Burgundy, with a scenographic space and a huge range of 85 Burgundy appellations. The cellar showcases the work of some 50 winemakers, who produce small cuvées of chardonnay, pinot noir, aligoté and gamay, expressing the typicity of their terroirs. For gourmets, the "produits du terroir" area, where you'll also find a wide selection of wine accessories, offers the best of local traditions.

Discover Millebuis by Les Vignerons de Buxy, the emblematic cooperative winery of Buxy, founded in 1931 by committed winegrowers. With nearly 200 members, it offers a variety of local appellations at affordable prices. Dive into the world of Montagny, Givry, Rully, Mercurey... Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise and Crémant de Bourgogne. But that's not all! Millebuis is also a convivial place where many events take place. Delicious floating aperitifs on the Saône, the 2nd edition of Festi Millebuis (rock concerts in the vineyards), the "Mystère" aperitifs... Come and share moments of pleasure and discovery in this charming Burgundy village.

Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

The Cave des Vignerons d'Igé brings together 25 vineyards covering 190 hectares, producing a variety of appellations. Wine-tourism outings are available for free exploration of the surrounding vineyards and villages. Stop by the boutique, where you can taste and sell our wines: Mâcon IGE Blanc, Mâcon Village, Saint-Véran, and Crémants de Bourgogne. A new feature is an online boutique offering a full range of wines, including Macon rosé du terroir des brigands. Events punctuate the year, like the gourmet market we recommend, and our open house every^1st weekend in December.

Just a stone's throw from the famous Château de Cormatin, the Caveau du Figuier is the perfect place to stop. With over 25 years' experience, Évelyne offers a wide range of wines, beers and spirits. Local beverages (Crémant de Bourgogne, wines from Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais, Beaujolais, etc.), as well as wines from all over France and the world, are on sale. Tastings are available on request. Artisanal lemonades, tapenades, terrines and other regional delicacies complete the selection. An address not to be missed.

With its 400 member-cooperators, Cave de Lugny shines the spotlight on these master craftsmen, proud of their land, who care for and nurture their vines all year round. The Cave Coopérative produces and markets wines, continuing the expertise of several generations of winegrowers. The Lugny winery raises and vinifies white wines in particular, bringing their uniqueness and international renown. A dedicated sales and tasting area showcases the floral, honey and citrus characteristics of these Mâconnais cuvées.

At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. Sometimes from tiny plots, they acquire a distinctive character that sets them apart. The winery is also committed to the environment, through its "Vignerons engagés développement durable" label. Saint-Véran, mâcon verzé, pouilly-fuissé and other local appellations are available for tasting, and vineyard walks are organized in fine weather.

Created in 1928, the Viré winery, which in 2020 chose to rename itself Vérizet (after a former commune now part of Viré), has some 150 cooperative members. The winery produces AOP mâcon, mâcon villages, mâcon péronne, crémant de Bourgogne and viré-clessé (perfect as an aperitif). The winery regularly produces special cuvées, such as Grande Réserve and Cuvée Héritage, hand-harvested from old vines, revealing a fine blend of fruit and minerality. A fine address, where tastings are free of charge.

This cooperative winery is housed in a large, attractive building along the roadside in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards. Founded in 1929, it united the winegrowers of the villages of Vinzelles and Lochés, producing prestigious cuvées in Burgundy and Beaujolais. The modern sales and tasting area is totally dedicated to the wines of this corner of the Mâconnais region: pouilly vinzelles, pouilly fuissé, pouilly loché and saint-véran.

Founded in 1928, La Cave de Bissey is the oldest winery in the Côte Chalonnaise. Between the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais, Bissey-sous-Cruchaud is a small wine-growing commune, offering 84 hectares of vines whose maturing, vinification and marketing have remained on a human scale, thereby enhancing human relations and respect for the terroir with authentic wines. From the finesse of the white wines to the fruitiness of the reds, from the lightness of the Crémants to the creaminess of the spirits, let yourself be seduced by the generosity of these wines!

How can we imagine the past extent of the vineyard (200 ha in 1880) when there is no vine-growing? In the th century, the vine marked its mark and began to decline only at the beginning of the th century, following the crisis of phylloxera and other economic reasons. In the courtyard of the museum is exposed equipment used to collect, transport and press the grapes. The descent to the cellar teaches us everything about winemaking techniques through the presentation of barrels, objects and tools (chain to clean, iron to mark, bottle-bouche…). On the first floor, you enter the main apartment where the daily life of generations of cuiseliens winemakers is raised from furniture and objects dating from the th to the th century. In the second, a situation of the main tools of wine growers illustrates the annual cycle of work, from planting to harvest. A presentation of the tools of cooper, a reconstitution of the five stages of production of a tonneau and different projections completes the visit.

In the area of Surremain, wines are not eaten as everywhere. To begin the selected wines have a special feature, since they come from a biological or biodynamic culture (in other words, a culture top culture). In addition to the wines of the property, we find the names givry, mercurey, mercurey and many others from wine-growing wine-growers. The other thing is that here you are offered to eat while eating. Fine meats, cheeses, accompanied by a selection of a dozen wines, a different way to taste and appreciate the riches of the Burgundy region.

In 1945, Georges Burrier founded the house that will bear his name and stay family, first with his son Guy Burrier from 1968, and later today with his nephew Frédéric-Marc Burrier. In a very original area dedicated to the great wines of South Burgundy, Mâconnais and Beaujolais. Enoteca Georges Burrier offers nearly 120 references of the region's appellations, on more than 20 vintages. In addition to wine (40 ha) wines from the Burrier family (Beauregard Castle and Georges Burrier and Joseph Burrier domains) the Enoteca offers a small selection of other excellent wine-growers, regional products and the arts of the table. A free tasting of a dozen wines is always available. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a collection of tools of cooperage and antique bottles, and will have access to the visit of a cellar and a cellar of fûts.

In the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards, the Cave d'Azé showcases the work of its 45 member winegrowers, who cultivate 264 hectares of vines. Mâcon village, mâcon azé, burgundy aligoté, red burgundy matured in large oak barrels, as well as the original mâcon rosé, are among the appellations on offer to take away with you, after tastings accompanied by invaluable advice. The cellar's pride and joy, Crémant de Bourgogne, is also featured. And zero-waste enthusiasts can bring their own bottles and leave with bulk white or red mâcon.

At the Caveau de Saint-Gengoux-le-National, an authentic wine cellar attached to the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy since 1976, you'll discover the Côte Chalonnaise AOCs at a very good price/pleasure ratio: Côte Chalonnaise, Montagny, Rully, Mercurey, Givry, not forgetting Crémant de Bourgogne or Mâcon Saint-Gengoux-le-National. The cellar also organizes events: Les Gourmanziks in June, Les Apéritifs en Goguette in summer, and La Randole, an autumn heritage walk/tasting event to be held on October 20, 2024.

Domaine Croix d'Arbussin extends over 55 ha from northern Beaujolais to Igé in the Mâconnais. Laurent and his team work the vines with respect for the environment. In keeping with this approach, the new tasting cellar was built with the environment in mind, and is equipped with photovoltaic panels. Since its opening in the summer of 2022, visitors can come alone or in groups to taste the estate's High Environmental Value certified wines: white, red and rosé Mâcon, Chénas and red Burgundy, as well as Crémant.

Attached to the Cave de Viré since 1995, the Chai de Sennecé is a choice address in Sennecé-lès-Mâcon. Like its big sister, La Maison Vérizet, this winery offers renowned wines from the mâcon, mâcon villages, mâcon péronne, crémant de Bourgogne and viré-clessé appellations. A real treat for lovers of round or dry white wines, to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and at the table. A fine address, where tastings are free and gourmet baskets can be concocted.

Located in the heart of the city under the famous arcades, the Cave des Cordeliers offers almost 400 different wines, as well as a wide selection of whiskies and spirits. You'll find Burgundy wines of course, from Mâconnais to Mercurey, as well as wines from neighboring Jura such as Arbois, known for its scents strongly reminiscent of the terroir. Numerous tastings and events are organized on site. The sales team know their domain inside out, and know how to guide curious customers.

The Cave de la Vigne blanche, established in Clessé since 1927, brings together the expertise of some 15 growers, who work on some 90 ha of vines. The winery produces two Crémants de Bourgogne (one pinot, the other chardonnay), as well as AOP mâcon-villages and viré-clessé. Regularly awarded medals, these wines can be tasted by the smiling store team, who also offer wines from partners such as Vinsobres and Pouilly-Vinzelles.
