L'Ambroisie, created by Alain Le Bourdoulou in 1997, is a true Chalonnaise institution. Renovated in 2021, the boutique, its façade and the tea room make the moment even more precious. Located in a shimmering former Perrusson tile factory, Péché Sucré was created by Laurence and Xavier Augagneur over 30 years ago. They produce delicious jams (45 references), spreads, gingerbread and shortbread, chutneys and onion confits, all handcrafted in a small laboratory from mostly local raw materials. A wide range of regional products is also on sale: terrines, mustards, liqueurs, honeys, wines, as well as home decor and old postcards.
