LE FAISAN DORÉ

The first, named after the chef who is a member of the Norman Toques, honours seasonal and local Norman gastronomic products: bar fillet, shoulder of lamb confit with pesto or scallops are à la carte. For a gourmet lunch break, you have the choice with the Bis' Trot, which offers two packages at more affordable prices.
