Just outside Argentan, Catherine and Philippe Coiffard's establishment is a gourmet's delight. Guests can relax in one of the hotel's 17 modern, comfortable rooms. But the main attraction is "La Table de Catherine", the establishment's two restaurants. The first, named after the chef who is a member of the Toques Normandes, showcases seasonal Normandy produce in a gastronomic version: fillet of sea bass, lamb shoulder confit with pesto and scallops are all on the menu. For a gourmet lunchtime stopover, you can choose between two more affordable formulas at Bis'Trot.
