With a passion for cooking, Nicolas Chevalier has launched his own business as a traveling caterer. He offers only homemade dishes. Fresh produce is cooked to perfection. Menus (pot au feu, truffade, turkey aiguillettes à la tomate...), charcuterie platters, cheese platters, buffets, sandwiches (for lunch)... Maison Cromarias, already established for three generations in Montferrand, is opening a second address at the foot of the cathedral. A godsend for passers-by in this busy district, who can now enjoy dishes cooked by Fabrice and his team! A butchery and charcuterie section features Label Rouge meats.
