Nicolas Brugerolles is a graduate of the Chamalières cooking school. He joined Georges Blanc's team, then Jean-Michel Lorrain's, before sharing his skills with chef Jean-Claude Leclerc in Clermont-Ferrand. Today, the chef shares his passion for cooking and the art of the table with Création gourmande. The team likes to innovate in the mix of flavours but also flatters a more traditional cuisine, organic, vegetarian dishes... It collaborates with small organic and fair trade producers and selects the best each season. Finally, the chef offers cooking workshops for adults but also for children.
