The course takes place in the week of Monday 14 h to Friday 15 h 30, allowing you to biscuiter the pieces on Thursdays, to cook early in the garden and to cook en on Fridays. The workshop is equipped with three furnaces and a croûteuse. Work is done in freedom, respect for everyone and the demand for the work of the land. Take care of weather (and night temperatures!), basaltic rock is often moist. For those who don't climb, the site is very pleasant for picnic. As for the name of the place, it is said that the devil would have planted his teeth in this part of Velay (look in the landscape around, there are two other "teeth").
