Roland Mas reopened this shop after renovations in January 2019 to offer his charcuterie made in Rouget. The house, created in 1934, is known throughout France. The hams are Roland Mas's little darlings that he makes with all his artisanal know-how. In addition, there are wonderful sausages and spicy dry sausages. Other traditional charcuterie products, not forgetting the famous preserves, including tripoux, have received many "honorary distinctions". The products can be shipped to you.

The Fleys family has refocused the activity of the Ferme du Bruel on the processing of its products. No more inns, which is a pity! The third family to run the business, the Paoli's have been living in rue Duclaux since 1967. After the father, it is Jean-Louis who took over the business (even if dad is still here!). Mr de Paoli is a real pork butcher who transforms everything himself. He works with local pork producers who supply him with quality meat. In his workshop, he puts the pig in all its states for the greatest happiness of our taste buds! And if in the pig all is good, at Paoli all is pretty! Notice to all lovers of good pork meats.
