Hélène Le Loup offers you a wide range of cooked dishes, flavoured Salers beef pâtés and rillettes. But above all, don't miss the specialities that have made her a success: the minced beef rolls with Auvergne blue cheese or Cantal, the Salers beef stews with chestnuts or with raisins and orange peel, which won her a "bronze goudot" at the gastronomic competition of the "Européennes du goût" in Aurillac. The Raynal house is located in the upper and lower town of Saint-Flour. Its specialty? La fouace, a delicious brioche from the region.
