The Piganiol family has been making umbrellas in Aurillac since 1884, in their factory on rue Ampère. The reputation of these top-of-the-range umbrellas extends beyond the borders of the Cantal. From the small folding umbrella to the large straight model, known as the "shepherd's umbrella" which was traditionally used to shelter shepherds, it is impossible not to find a model to your taste. The collections are renewed twice a year and if you want something more personal, the house can make a digital print. The umbrellas are guaranteed for two years.

Agopian Studio is a photography studio located in Vic-sur-Cère, in the Cantal region of France. The studio mainly serves the Cantal and surrounding areas. The photographer, Philippe Agopian, is available by appointment only and offers his services in several départements, including Cantal, Puy-de-Dôme, Aveyron, Corrèze and Lot, as well as in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions.

Fromagerie de Saint-Flour is part of Fromageries Occitanes, which operates in the Massif Central and the Pyrenees. One of the town's biggest employers, the Saint-Flour plant produces only blue-veined cheeses, i.e., blue cheeses such as the AOP fourme d'Ambert or its house specialty, the creamy bleu de Saint-Flour. All these products, as well as the company's full range of cheeses, can be found on site in the factory store.

Franck Paul left his job as a construction supervisor in Normandy to set up in Salers as an artisan cutler. He trained in Thiers, the knife capital of France. He offers folding knives such as Laguioles, Aurillacois and Londoners. But Franck Paul also makes custom-made knives on request, because knives are intimately personal objects. You can choose the handle: wood, horn, steel, guilloché... These orders are carried out out of season.
