In their two stores, Jordan and Mathieu and in Vichy Vincenzo and Alex make old wheat breads with natural leavening, the 2 Brothers signature baguettes and the absolute organic one, farmhouse breads, pointed baguettes, rye pies from Auvergne, large pieces including their famous old-fashioned bread of more than 15 kg sold by weight, with an amber crumb and a malt aroma. Every Saturday: stone bread made from local sourdough flour flavored with honey. Range of sandwiches made with meat, cheese and fish. Range of pastries, pastries and snacks.

Nicolas and his team create Bagatelle®, the only Label Rouge-certified traditional French baguette in France, made with high-quality flour.
