The indescribable Seko opened this unique restaurant in 2007, only one month after leaving Japan for San Marcos. A surprising address, made of bricks and mortar with a space dedicated to the sale of all kinds of objects, from fur vests to Venetian masks, like a thrift store. You can eat makis of extraordinary quality, a tasty miso soup, delicious tempuras and curries... A treat. Cherry on the cake: the dessert, offered. An evening with buffet and live music is held every 15th of the month. Absolutely unmissable!

Specializing in grilled meats, it serves fried chicken, filet mignon, churrasco, kidneys, and stuffed medallions. His signature dish is a hearty assortment of lomito, marinated meat, lomo, chorizo and chicken. All dishes are accompanied by the soup of the day, roasted potatoes, rice, vegetables and tortillas. The small, sunny courtyard of this beautifully decorated restaurant offers a respite from the crowds of the market, just a stone's throw from the church of Santo Tomás. People come here for the "chichicasteak" - a juicy piece of meat cooked a la plancha - for the churrasco, or for the "especial San Juan", a plank of lomito, chicken fillet and sausage. The house has only a few vegetarian alternatives, such as the vegetable plate, served with plantains, guacamole, beans, rice and tortilla.

You can sit down at one of the tables on the pretty little patio to enjoy a good breakfast or a delicious fresh wrap that you can make yourself, under the greedy gaze of Muffin and Peanut, the two dogs of the establishment. In addition to the tempting menu, you can taste excellent desserts, such as the cheesecake brownie, the simple brownie, the banana bread without added sugar, or the caramel and chocolate cookie.
