HONORIS CAUSA

He has 400 varieties of tea to his credit from some twenty countries. To honor his adopted city, he has given evocative names to teas with fragrant blends and infusions based on typical plants such as maritime pine or mimosa: Le Pyla green tea, Earl Grey d'Arcachon, Arcachon breakfast, Jardin d'hiver or Le Ferret infusion, etc.
